Analysing data - why all questions are pulled even if they weren't answered

Hi I am trying t analyse answers from Typeform in Excel and organise them in such a way that ONLY answers that been submitted are showing in the excel. However when downloading the excel data shows columns with all answers and questions even if only some were selected ( multiple choice). This makes the review difficult as the logic to some questions can populate duplicates. Is there a way to pull data with ONLY answered questions?

Hi @veebee24 Welcome to the community! This is expected behavior, as the spreadsheets will pull all of the questions since it’s not possible to remove question if one respondent answer but not another.

You could connect your form with Zapier to then export data as you would prefer!
