Connection with excel online, the results do not appear when the question is a matrix

When I download the excel results, I get the headers with the answers to the options of the matrix question, but when I connect it to an online excel, I only get a header and there are no answers... please help.

Hi @UTC Thanks for stopping by the community. I’m afraid this is expected behavior, as our Excel integration doesn’t support the matrix question. You can read more about this here.
