The number showed in Big Picture is different with number of response calculated from the downloaded sheet (responses). Below is the screenshot of them:

There are 100+ gap, which is kinda frustrating for us to figure it out why.

Hi @putrimartania Hm, if that isn’t the case, I would definitely recommend reaching out to our support team here, if you haven't already. They can look at the data with you and see what exactly might be causing the issue. The other thing it could have to do is with partial responses, depending on if you have that on your plan!

Did you happen to delete any responses? If so, sadly, the data will still show in the Big Picture, however, not in the export since those responses were deleted.
But sorry, the number of responses is greater than the amount shown in Big Pictures, so I don’t think the issue is because I’m deleting some responses, although I don’t do that.
Are there any other possibilities this could occur?
