Did you happen to delete any responses? If so, sadly, the data will still show in the Big Picture, however, not in the export since those responses were deleted.

But sorry, the number of responses is greater than the amount shown in Big Pictures, so I don’t think the issue is because I’m deleting some responses, although I don’t do that.

Are there any other possibilities this could occur?

Hi ​@putrimartania Hm, if that isn’t the case, I would definitely recommend reaching out to our support team here, if you haven't already. They can look at the data with you and see what exactly might be causing the issue. The other thing it could have to do is with partial responses, depending on if you have that on your plan!
