Does anyone else experience triplicate entries all within seconds of each other?

This is the second time I have seen this, triplicate entries and not just the same person answering the survey multiple times, the records are all exactly the same and within minutes of one another?  Thoughts?

Hi @jcsacto Welcome to the community! I can’t say I’ve seen this or heard of it from other customers yet. Is it only happening on one form you have? Or multiple?
