Hi there

I need to have access to the clients details that do not complete the forms - on our previous wizard, it would capture every attempt and we found that 75% of the time the client just wanted to be contacted directly and it lead to a sale, however now we only see the 35%, so we are loosing out on potential clients - i would like the customer details (which is the first 3 questions) that they have to fill in before they get to the answer where they drop off.

 

Is this possible

@therese001 - if that is the case, you should consider breaking your typeform into two separate typeforms: one to capture the contact details which redirects upon completion to the actual questions. 

this way you would get the info you want (contact details) even if they did not get to the questions or stopped on the questions
