How to record NPS anser as soon as it is sellect

Hello everybody,
I would like to save the answers as soon as the user select the answer.
For example I am embeding a NPS feedback form scores, each scores is one button with the link parameter, I would like to record the score as soon as the user click the button in the email? is there a way to it?

@PedroPill - It isn’t possible to ‘do it all’ inside an email., at least I have not seen any evidence that this is possible, and not been able to ‘make it happen’ in my tests..

    Hey @PedroPill 

    Typeform will only send the results once a person has completed/submitted the typeform so I guess it would depend whether it’s just a one question form or if you have multiple following on 🤔

    thanks for the help
    The survey I created has only one question. The person clicks on the button with the score embeded in the email but still needs to click on submit on the page that opens.
    Is there a way to avoid this submit button and record the score?
