If the same person has started an application multiple times, does the ‘start’ count each time they started or are the total starts unique to an individual person?

Hi @mollymanski Thanks for stopping by and great question! You are correct - the ‘start’ would count each time they actually started the form, meaning clicked a button. If they only viewed the form but didn’t click anything, then they wouldn’t be counted under the ‘start’ metric.
