Hi @redpulared We don’t currently have this option, and I’m actually surprised (now that you mention it) that we don’t get more requests for this. I’ll share this with the product team!

@redpulared - if you connect the typeform to a Google Sheet and use an add-in like Document Studio,  you can merge the data into a predefined template (Google Docs or Slides) that would allow you to put the photo on a cover page - however you want to design the output template.
