I am launching a survey with ~100 questions; respondents will follow a logic structure such that any one will only answer ~30 questions. These are mostly picklists or numeric. I hope for 1000 replies. Will I encounter any issues with data storage and retrieval as a CSV for analysis? Thank you 

Hi @alasdair cook sounds like an epic survey! 

There shouldn’t be any issues with storage or downloading results as a CSV, just be sure you are on the correct pricing plan to be collecting a high number of replies.
