Manage Answers within Typeform or other tool?

hi there,

 

I wanted to know if by using Typeform, I am able to answer to what the user voted or wrote directly from Typeform or if I shall send this info to my CRM tool.

 

Does anyone has experience with it?

Hi @FabioP Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We don’t have a feature that would allow you to reply directly to a response in Typeform, so you would need to use an outside tool such as a CRM system or an email service provider. I would suggest this regardless so you have all communication with your respondent in one space. 😀
