My form is not showing well on my mobile device

Hi,

I tested my form on my mobile phone and it is not showing well although it looks good on my laptop.

Coul you please help me ?

Hi @C4A Thanks for stopping by the community! Are you referencing the image at the top of the form? If so, I’d suggest replacing that image with one that has smaller wording so that the mobile version can be viewed well.
