Not receiving follow up email

Hi community, 

 

is anyone else also experiencing issues with the follow up email? My follow up settings seems active, I just submitted a dummy response. I don’t have an email in my spam folder, the inbox is valid.

Huh, in that case, it would be best to reach out to our support team here, and they can check on the backend to see what’s happening to those emails!
