How do you go about making your surveys response open instead of anonymous? With the link this is not possible. I’m used to Surveymonkey and there it is an easy choice if you want your reponse to be anonymous or open tied to unique mail adresses.

Our forms won’t collect any information that you don’t ask in a question, so if you’d like to know who’s answering your form, you’ll need to ask for this data.
