Is there a way to make the results of certain forms private? We have multiple people logging in to our typeform and certain responses need to be hidden. I’ve tried creating a private workspace but it still seems to be accessible to everyone that can log in.

Hi @ExtractCoffee Thanks for stopping by the community! Have you had a look at our workspace roles yet? If not, I would definitely move some of those forms into different workspaces and then assign roles for your users accordingly to prevent them from looking at responses.

Hi @ExtractCoffee If you’re the owner of the account, you should be able to assign the roles. However, if you’re not the owner/admin, the person who is would first need to assign you a role to allow you to create changes to the roles for other users.
