Oh perfect, thank you, @Wiebke ! Since you've set up the integration already, you’ll want to make sure to update your Salesforce package or re-install Typeform on the Salesforce app exchange to activate this update for partial responses. Salesforce Objects will update with the latest full/partial response according to the schedule you've configured in Salesforce.
