Hi there! I don’t currently have a business plan but I see that if I upgrade, I will be able to see how many people dropped off and WHERE they dropped off in our survey. My question is whether I can ALSO see specifically WHO dropped off?

Since our forms don’t save the information answered by the respondent until they click the submit button, it isn’t possible to see who specifically dropped and where. I’m happy to share this feedback to our product team. 😀
If you have a longer form, it may be worth considering breaking up the form and passing data from one to the other to try to capture as much as you can before the respondent drops off.
