You mean the difference in the numbers on your "Results" panel? It'd be great if you could send us some more details about your question.
One thing to note is that the responses won’t be recorded unless the respondent clicks the submit form, so if they started the form but didn’t submit their answers, you won’t see that data in your Results panel.
