I would like to change the slide title on my Forms. For example, I want the Short Text field on the slide to say “How old are you?” but i want the slide to be named “Age” so that when i extract the results to an excel worksheet I don’t need to change the top fields.

Unfortunately, the slide title will reflect the question text you’ve entered for the question and there isn’t a way to change the slide title to something else. But this sounds like a great idea to be able to add a title to a question!
