My name is Van Ha, I'm a student in Viet Nam and on behalf of CREAT!O, a non-profit marketing club of Foreign Trade University students. Last month, our club Creatio organized an event called FIRST EVENT 2024 - MARTRIP, which prompted me to reach out to you for financial support. Unfortunately, due to some oversights, I was unable to cancel the subscription in time before the deadline. As a result, today the Typeform subscription has been renewed for the new month.
I am writing this email in the hope that Typeform can cancel the subscription renewal for me and refund the registration fee.
