Tracking of bounce rates due to response limit

Hi,

I created a typeform for an event registration with limited reponse. I was wondering if, once the typeform closes automatically due to the response limit, I can track the number/statistics of persons who are willing to register but can’t because of the limit?

Many thanks,

Sarah

Hi @Sarah Langnese Happy Thursday! It isn’t exactly possible to see the number of people who wanted to register/submit an answer to your form after it’s closed, but you could look at the number of views to your form and compare that to the number of views on your form before it closed. Would that help a bit?

@Liz Thanks for the tip! So, the number of people opening the typeform will still be tracked even though the typeform is closed to new responses? Thanks for your help!

Hi @Sarah Langnese , yes that’s correct! I just re-tested this on my closed form because I was second-guessing myself. The views did appear even though the form was closed.

I hope this helps!
