When we receive multiple inquiries in the same day from the same form, they are sometimes grouped into a single email. Thus causing us to potentially miss one lead or another. 

 

Can you please help us correct our deliverability of these emails.

This is typically a setting from the email service provider you have. For example, in Gmail, you will need to turn off Conversation View to see each email separately. This article community post here can walk you through how to do this.
