unable to turn on respondent notification | Community

I am unable to create a confirmation email. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to turn on these respond notification and it’s not allowing me to turn it on. Thank you. 

Hi @Lindskenn Welcome to the community! If you’ve already tried toggling that switch, would you mind trying to edit your form on a browser and/or ensuring that your plan supports Respondent Notifications?
