Visual Diagram

I need to create a visual chart that is graded based on responses the user selects, and rates, and the value system that we give to the pie. E.G. Work box Value: Work should bring money, and one should use their talents accordingly and invest working hours correctly. User selects: Ability 1-5 Time spent 1-5 etc etc and then they get a rating chart of that circle IS this something you can do?
