When a prospect submits our Typeform, how can I get the submissions sent manually to my email and other email within the organisation?

Hi everybody!
I’d like to receive the results from a Typeform to my own email address or Teams whenever it’s submitted.
Is this at all possible? I found the integration with Teams, but it seems that’s just a notification. Also tried Zapier, but that’s also limited to getting just a notification, without results, as far as I can see.
