Custom Domain SSL Warning

So the custom domain seems to be working fine except for the fact that I get a SSL warning when I try to go to it which is a non-starter for users. What can we do about this? The video URL is https://video.ebookfairs.com/f3fcv1y6w

 

I already tried deleting and entering the brand again and it resulted in the same problem.

Since you are seeing an SSL error, I would suggest that you check to see if you have any existing  “CAA record”  in your DNS...if so please add the appropriate providers as suggested by Typeform in the link below.
