Not getting any value from Videoask

Hi there

 

I’ve been paying for VideoAsk for several months now but I haven’t had the time to really dig into the software. The support I’ve received has been prompt but very unhelpful. 

 

I don’t know how to get value from the software (my main objective is to get paying customers)

 

I would like support to help me achieve this.

oh yeah i’ve been facing same issue videoask for my website i was asking same question
