Is it possible to get respondents to electronically sign or attest at the conclusion of the typeform? If not, anyone know of a good work around?

there isn’t a native way to e-sign but there are some other threads here in the Community that might have some workarounds.

You could redirect your respondent upon submitting the Typeform onto a page (Docusign, PandaDoc etc etc) wherein they are asked to e-sign an agreement.
FYI you might need to have some sort of intermediate functionality (in between Typeform and your e-signature service) to automatically create a document with the users data (eg first name, last name etc) prefilled.
