Hi everyone, I want to create a form that shows six items and requires the user to rate each item from 0 to 10. Eg, Item A: 6, Item B: 2, Item C: 10, and so on. Is this possible? Thanks!

+1Hi again Liz, I tried the question group option. It might work. In the meantime, I also tried using a matrix layout with radio buttons and this almost gives me something workable. See screenshot attached. Only thing is, I thought I had 6 items (rows) but I actually have 7 items/rows, and I don’t seem able to add another row due to space constraints. Is it possible to shrink the size of the matrix so I can add one other row?
