Hi,We have got a serious issue with wrong email addresses entered through the forms. We ask for the email address once and some users enter things like: gmai.com, hoymail.com, gmail.con, gmmail.com, etc etc. Then, when we manage the collected data, we send emails to dozens of wrong email addresses and lose potential leads. We wanted to add 2 fields asking for the email address, so users must enter this information in two separate fields and if they do not match the form does not allow them to continue the process (this is something we see on plenty of forms, mostly when asking to set up a password). That change would minimise the negative impact of this issue. Do you know whether there is a way to do this with Typeform and how (or the link to the documentation page)? Thanks in advance.

Hi!I’m trying to build out a quiz that is in 3 sections. Each section would have about 5 questions in the opinion scale format. I want to see /calculate the scores of each section but have it all within one quiz so the user doesn't have to take 3 separate quizzes.  Can that be done?Thanks,Laura

I am doing a survey and I would like to add a section where, depending on the answers a client gave me at the beginning, I give him/her a choice between a set of randomised questions. Can this be done?

Hi- I’d like to include a Q that would ask “when is your office closed this year” and then the answer would most likely be a list of dates/holidays. Is there a way to include a calendar to select the dates? Any ideas on the best way to do this? Thank you!!!

How do i add multiple strings to the "is equal to" field after the ‘If’ condition in the Logic section.So basically, i want to add many different strings in the “is equal to” field or in the “contains” field so that if my customer enters an answer that matches with any of the string in the field then i can direct them to one page else direct them to another page. For example :I want to add all the list of countries in one field instead of making multiple or conditions and add in each country one by one.   I am very much open to any workaround for this issue.Please do help as this is a very crucial point in my business and i want this sorted out ASAP.Looking forward to your help Typeform Community!Thank You

We’re using Typeform to collect wedding guest information for our wedding next month!  We have a question at the top of our form that asks how many people are in your party size. Based on the response to that question, we’d like to collect the meal preference for each member in the party.  For example, if there is only 1 person in your party size, we’ll ask you what your meal preference is. But if you have 6 people in your party size, we’d need to collect the meal preference for the remaining 5 people in your group (along with the ability to capture the name of each person in that party).  So it would read something like: How many people are you in your party size? 2 Person 1’s Name and Meal Preference Person 2’s Name and Meal Preference Etc.  Is this possible? Are there any Typeform advisors/consultants who we could pay to help us complete this form in a timely fashion! We’re under a tight deadline and could use the help! 

I am trying to add a simple birthday question. I have published my survey, but the birth date is making the customers scroll back from 2021. Example. If you birthday is 1976, you have to scroll to 1976 from 2021...taking forever. Is there a quicker way to get there..or can the customer just type the answer.  

hi guys,I’m having an issue with the logic connection.I have a multiple select question with 3 options, for each selected option, it should route the visitors to another question, I’ve added the branching connect to cover all of the cases, however there is still a default connection that I can’t remove.Please let me know if there is a solution to do it. 

Hello,  I am looking for a way to set up a form where a user can enter their username into a short form field, then based on the username entered, they will be directed to a unique URL. Example: Username “RoyalBee” will direct to https://puginarug.com/Username “OtherName” will direct to https://optical.toys/There could be a few thousand of these username/link combos, so preferably, there is a way I can upload a spreadsheet.  Thanks! 

Hi,I’m very new to Typeform and not a tech whiz, so apologies if this is stupid question.I have created an Opinion Scale quiz consisting of 7 questions with each question needing the responder to give a self-rating between 1 - 5.How do I create an ‘ending’ to total up all of the scores of the 7 questions e.g. assuming it will a self-rating out of a maximum of 35 points.I have tried working through the help articles but I haven’t been able to navigate my way through this.Any assistance will be gratefully received.Thanks,Helen

Hey there - I’m generating an award nomination form where I will have a list of award categories, and then get information about those nominees.I want to have a ‘do you want to nominate for any other categories’ and a yes/no logic gate at the end, that will take them through the form again to allow them to nominate others.Is this possible?I’ll likely use similar logic during the voting process too (so that people only have to vote in the categories that they want to vote in and not have to scroll through a bunch of ones they don’t want to).Thanks!

Hi, We added a partial submit point before ‘question 66’ (see screenshot).As you can see in the logic (see screenshot as well), two routings come together at this question. The submit point itself is not visible in the logic.Will the submit point capture all participants, coming from both Q52 and Q65?Best,Bert

I have 189 typreforms in just one folder, and every time I’m looking for an older one, I have to scroll through and wait for sections to appear.Is there a way to search through a folder to find a typeform, who’s name I know?I looked through the community info, and couldn’t find an answer

I no longer have a “publish button” in my forms. I’m on the correct plan so that is not a problem. Do anyone knows how to solve this. I need my form for an event tomorrow and the support team are not so fast. Any ideas please, I’m desperate!ThanksLina

Hey All, Glad to be using Typeform!  I have a question regarding directing form responses to an email address the user has provided.  Please find below the context and the question. Context: I am looking to use GoodBarber (no-code mobile app developer) and integrate a Typeform form into my GoodBarber app.  The onus of the form is provide the user with the structure to collect confidential information (so data privacy is key).  Additional Context: I will use Zapier to integrate with a fine-tuned Google Vertex AI model that will be sent the form details and will return a response to a provided email as well (the structure of these thoughts are still in progress). Question: Is it possible to direct the user’s form response to a user-provided email address (this would mean I would not collect any form responses within my account)? I have searched previous posts/custom info and have not found a similar query. Cheers!~EndlessSky 

I create Celebration of Life Summary Magazines so I need to collect a large amount of data and I am concerned about a long form and the customer experience. Is it easy for a client to come back and complete form? What do you recommend for the form design or maybe this is not the right solution to collect life story data? Will collect personal data, stories, tributes etc. and will have short answers, long form, drop downs, and multiple choices. Thanks you. 

Trying to create a form for an internal job board/send resume, but I need to have candidates email myself and their current manager their resume. Is there a way to have a new outlook email window pop up for them to send automatically? I read that adding “mailto:” in a URL makes an email a valid URL but that has not worked. 

Is there a way to swap logics around without deleting them and starting over again?I have not placed my logics in the right order. But I also have alot of variable logics. Hello,I have a form that redirects respondents to different URLs based on their answers—over 80 possible URLs. I also created a Gmail email template via Zapier that includes a button for respondents to return to the original URL.How can I capture the redirect URL and dynamically insert it into the email? Would using a tag like {{redirecturl}} with a hidden field work? Any guidance would be appreciated.Thank you!
