Short Answers into Text Variable

Is it possible to replace the value of a text variable with the response of a short answer?

I tried to @recall in an Always Replace (x) but does not work.

Ex. I am collecting name/email/phone and want them stored as variables (so that they are included in my webhook).

Hi @OMGeee (love your username btw)

I don’t think you can replace a text variable with an answer, because you need to define what the variable is so it wouldn't be able to come from the respondents answer.

I wonder though if using URL parameters would work? You can pipe information from your respondents answers into your URL eg. name/email so maybe that could work? Where are you sending the information that you’re collecting?

Hi @OMGeee did you manage to find the solution for what you wanted to do with the variables? Did you try using URL parameters as @Grace suggested? Let us know if you have any follow-ups. Thanks!
