Why does the background of my PNG photo appear?

Hi!

I’m trying to add a photo to my typeform that should, in theory, be background-less. However, the checkered background keeps showing.

I searched for alternative images with transparent backgrounds, and the same problem keeps arising: the checkered background shows. 

Can someone please help me problem-solve? Here is the survey:

Hi @gaellelately Thanks for sending this over. I can see in the image that you’ve uploaded that, indeed, there is that checkered background, which is why you’re seeing that appear in the form. You’ll need to upload an image that does not have that background if you don’t want it to appear.

Hi @gaellelately Thanks for stopping by the community. Could you share the image you’re trying to upload? It looks like the image does indeed have a background, but I can confirm by taking a look at the image and testing it.
