I need to add Help or Contact us section through out the form, on top of every page, Like in the pic below. Is it possibe? Thank you

You can design a HMTL page with the Help or Contact section at the top. Then, embed the Typeform inside that HTML page, using the same background color. By doing that, you will have a Typeform with a menu at the top.
Make sure to disable autofocus otherwise the page will scroll and hide the menu at the top:
