You can create a typeform with the questions to obtain the inputs, say 4 questions that get them to put in the information that you mentioned. Then, as long as you have the logical structures and calculations to you, you could then calculate the required output numbers and present them on a Statement page for example.
Here is a link to a BMI calculator that one of the Typeformers put together about 10 months ago. This should give you an indicator of the possible.

I am a nutritionist and I would like my clients to be able to use typeform to calculate their calorie/macronutrient (protein/fat/carb) amounts.
This is based off of age, height, current weight and activity level
Is there a way to configure the typeform to run calculations and then spit out those numbers?
