Typeform conversations

Hi Typeform Community and Experts! I have embedded Typeform on my blog pages.Some examples:https://blog.cashfree.com/integrated-payment-system/https://blog.cashfree.com/what-is-a-payment-gateway-india/  It works perfectly fine on laptop and non-AMP mobile version. However, on the AMP version, it just  shows a whitespace where the Typeform embed should have been. Exhibit A: Hwow can I fix this? Please help.

I’ve been battling with this for a while now, My email server has been receiving Notifications from typeform for years, and randomly I stop getting notifications through. my mail server isn’t blocking them, they aren’t going into any spam or random folders -This has been going on over multiple forms Yet when I test the form the notification email comes through to me. but not when someone else does (sometimes) I’ve missed out on 8 customers and Thousands of Pounds or revenue, - The latest unsent notification is today! Hello community! I need to uniquely identify each response from the typeform, to redirect each user to a different url of the type https://final_url.com/?id=unique_id.It would be very easy if each typeform response had its unique id which could then be stored in a variable, but it doesn't.Any suggestions to solve it? Thanks!

I have 4 different surveys that are very similar but somewhat customized to 4 different respondent groups. For 2 of them, at the last question the “submit” button appears. For 2, the submit button is missing (checked on multiple devices).The question is not set to be required. If I try to skip it (scroll down) the submit button appears suddenly. How could I have the submit button available at all time?thanks

Is there a way to enable my typeform to automatically click into the answer of the next question? Right now when someone answers my first question and hits “ENTER” or “OK”, if the next question is a fill in the blank or date they have to click into the answer section which is not a great experience. I would prefer to just allow them to keep typing without having to click into the question box. Is there a way to do that?

Hi, I used the workspaces API to make a workspace (using a personal access token I generated). I can see from the API response to list workspaces that it was created, but when I login with my account I don’t see it in the UI. How do I see them in the UI? How do I know which organization a workspace was created for?I made sure that I logged into the same typeform account that has “Owner” permissions on the workspace (verified in API response).

I’m trying to create a simple typeform to recommend certain products. Based on answers it is possible that more than one product is a good fit but I cannot figure out how to show more than one ending. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hello everyone, If I mark a number of answers regarding a specific question, under the tab “Responses” and then press the delete button, will the entire survey responses be deleted or only the responses regarding the specific question? The reason why I ask if because I forgot to include a logic jump in the first question. My first question makes sure that my responders are part of my intended population and therefore eligible to answer my survey. Everyone who answered “no” to my first question were supposed to be redirected to the final goodbye screen. However I forgot to include this logic jump, therefore I have a total of 24 ineligible responses and I would like to delete all of these results. 

Recently, we've been having a problem with some forms always showing the marketing source as direct traffic. Maybe someone has an idea what the problem could be?Our Typeform account is connected to Google Tag Manager and Hubspot. Under Source Tracking, "Yes, I do consent" is ticked, but "Yes, I need to embed this Typeform" is not. Basically, we have not embedded any typeforms, but use the "Share" link of the typeforms. Hello there,Is there a way to print an individual survey response with only certain questions selected using the Print function in Typeform (rather than exporting to Google Sheets and formatting to hide questions that I don’t want to print)?  I see that there is way to print by opening the individual response but I’d like to be able to just print answers to select questions rather than the complete response.Also, what is the Tags function use for when you expand an individual response?Thanks!

I’m creating a customer survey where I ask my customers to rate (1-5) different areas of my service (coms, speed, quality, understanding). If the rating is 3 or higher, I send them to the next question but if it is lower than 3, I want to ask for more info, then send them to the next question. I’ve tried this but keep getting an error “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch.” for wanting to go to the next question after each “more details” question.Any help on how the logic should be set up would be helpful. Thanks!

After having no problems for years, many of our forms have just broken suddenly. And there is no way of contacting typeform directly (even though we have a pro plan).Terrible service… enough to make us want to leave.Is anyone else facing the same?

I current run Facebook lead generation adverts using Facebook's built in forms but I want to move over to using Typeform. How do I do this? Also, how do I register a domain name in typeform? so it comes up as www.mydomain.com rather than www.mydomain.typeform.com 

I can see when a response was started and submitted, but I want to see when it was sent as well. Is this possible?

Hola, Estoy creando un cuestionario, y en una pregunta me está pasando siempre el mismo error. La borro, la vuelvo a crear = Mismo fallo. Copio una correcta, la pego en esta posición = Mismo fallo. Se trata de una pregunta de tipo “Respuesta larga”. Esta pregunta la tengo como “No obligatoria”.En todas las preguntas iguales del cuestionario, me funciona bien = Me aparece el Botón “Aceptar” que puedo pulsar y pasar a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada. En esta pregunta NO me aparece el Botón “Aceptar”. Si pulso “return” pasa a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada… Pero esto me puede causar errores ya que tengo que enviar el cuestionario a muchos clientes, y posiblemente alguno de ellos se bloquee en este puntoÚNICA DIFERENCIA DE ESTA PREGUNTA CON LAS DEMÁS DEL MISMO TIPO: En el apartado “Lógica”, tras esta pregunta se direcciona a 2 distintas posibilidades dependiendo de lo respondido en una pregunta anterior de tipo “Elección múltiple”. Gracias,Saludos

Hi everyone,I have entered the questions for the survey, there are about 18 questions. I then took care to click on "publish" before sharing but only 3 questions out of the 18 are displayed and then the survey appears as completed. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

I plan on collecting sensitive data from clients through Typeform. Does Typeform allow third parties to view submissions? Can internal employees or third party contractors access my account in any way? I tried searching the security page but some of the answers were vague. 

I am building a form for parents to register their kids, but I want them to register multiple kids if they want to. After a parent register their first kid in the ending page, I want to ask them if they want to register another, If they do, sending back to the question to give me the name of their kid and continue with the flow.

Hello, I thought I mapped out my logic set using Branching and Calculations here. I can’t get the logic set to work - everything ends up as “E” the “other” option. ANY help is appreciated - I’ve been at this an embarrassing amount of time! Sample screen shots below.  I’m pretty sure my math is right, so I’m missing a button or a “if/then” stop, etc.
