Hi, I am having a typeform with 2 different email fields (depending on the selection of the answers). My problem is that when I try to integrate the typeform and map the fields with the Hubspot properties, there is only 1 email field, meaning I can integrate only the leads that are coming from 1 email field instead of the 2.My idea is to create 2 different customer lists from those 2 email fields. Any ideas and help how to integrate them with Hubspot?

HiMy respondents have experienced two main issues:On completing a question, it skips back to the beginning (I - the questionnaire creator - actually experienced this myself once before publishing). On selecting a response on a question, it didn’t automatically move onto the next question.Are these glitches common? Is there anything I can do? Thanks very muchCraig

I need to distribute a type form for a project and do not need a plan for an entire year.  I just want for a few months.  How can I pay from month to month? I do not want to and cannot purchase an entire year plan. I understand i can cancel at any time but I will still have paid for an entire year!  I am not paying $300 for ONE 5 question typeform. so we havetypeform 1 with question A and B typeform 2 with question A, B and CIs it possible to use typeform 2 independently on typeform 1 AND to use typeform 1 in other circumstances to get answers to questions A and B then redirect to typeform 2 directly in question C?thanks !

I have conducted some research with a partner organisation and they’re keen for answers to be presented in a standardized order so they can better be compared. At the moment, answers are presented from most popular to least popular - so the order varies from question to question.i.e Good (40%) - Bad (30%) - Very Good (20%) - Very Bad (10%) I am keen to know if it’s possible to have responses presented in scale order for all questions.i.e. Very Good (20%) - Good (40%) - Bad (30%) - Very bad (10%)Our partner is keen to have it presented in this way to make comparison between answers as easy as possible. Thanks in advance for any thoughts and/or advice!

Hi,I’m trying to use the Lead Capture Chatbot Template. When I preview the template it does show the chatbot design. However, once I click on the “use this template” button, the design loads as a regular typeform design. Any insights on why this is happening and how I can correct it? ThanksChatbox in preview   But this is what loads when I choose the template

The setup we have will be Google Ad → Website → CTA (to take Typeform quiz).I’ve heard that having the CTA as a link to the Typeform link can be flagged by Google Ads as an attempt to circumvent / cloak - meaning that the Google Ad is driving the user to an external form and not the website itself.Is there formal guidance on how to best use Typeform in compliance with google ads? I am trying to retrieve a list of all forms via API (https://api.typeform.com/forms) and the results vary significantly at any given time, with only certain forms being returned and the results have been different day-to-day.Is there any reason as to why a certain form would not be returned within this list. I can manually retrieve the form id and retrieve responses via responses endpoint but the forms endpoint does not return the form object itself.

Hi guys, I have a list of unique order ID numbers on google sheets.I want to send previous customers to my form but ask them to submit their order ID first.How do I get the form working so that it checks the submitted order ID from the customer against my google sheets list to see if it is a valid previous customer? Thanks in advance!

When enabling redirect on the form, ending isn’t displayed. Is this expected or there’s a workaround to show the ending too.Thank you!

VideoAsk has this functionality, so I wonder if Typeform has it too and I just do not know how to make it work.I would like to use the same webhook for all of my future Typeform surveys, so I do not want to have to remember to add the same webhook and enable it every time I create a new survey. I’m trying to change the nomenclature on the quiz results page. I’m creating a quiz for a class. But I want to insert different words than “Extrovert,” “Introvert,” etc. How can one make such changes? Is it possible to do so?

Hi! I want to create a test with a, b, c etc. answers. Based on the data collected from these answers I want at the end of the test the person to receive a similar message to this : “Hey, based on your answers we think you are an extrovert” Of course the options for the results are 3 or 4 ( extrovert, introvert, both). Hi Typeform Community and Experts! I have embedded Typeform on my blog pages.Some examples:https://blog.cashfree.com/integrated-payment-system/https://blog.cashfree.com/what-is-a-payment-gateway-india/  It works perfectly fine on laptop and non-AMP mobile version. However, on the AMP version, it just  shows a whitespace where the Typeform embed should have been. Exhibit A: Hwow can I fix this? Please help.

I’ve been battling with this for a while now, My email server has been receiving Notifications from typeform for years, and randomly I stop getting notifications through. my mail server isn’t blocking them, they aren’t going into any spam or random folders -This has been going on over multiple forms Yet when I test the form the notification email comes through to me. but not when someone else does (sometimes) I’ve missed out on 8 customers and Thousands of Pounds or revenue, - The latest unsent notification is today! I need to uniquely identify each response from the typeform, to redirect each user to a different url of the type https://final_url.com/?id=unique_id.It would be very easy if each typeform response had its unique id which could then be stored in a variable, but it doesn't.Any suggestions to solve it? I have 4 different surveys that are very similar but somewhat customized to 4 different respondent groups. For 2 of them, at the last question the “submit” button appears. For 2, the submit button is missing (checked on multiple devices).The question is not set to be required. If I try to skip it (scroll down) the submit button appears suddenly. How could I have the submit button available at all time?thanks

Is there a way to enable my typeform to automatically click into the answer of the next question? Right now when someone answers my first question and hits “ENTER” or “OK”, if the next question is a fill in the blank or date they have to click into the answer section which is not a great experience. I would prefer to just allow them to keep typing without having to click into the question box. Is there a way to do that?

Hi, I used the workspaces API to make a workspace (using a personal access token I generated). I can see from the API response to list workspaces that it was created, but when I login with my account I don’t see it in the UI. How do I see them in the UI? How do I know which organization a workspace was created for?I made sure that I logged into the same typeform account that has “Owner” permissions on the workspace (verified in API response).

I’m trying to create a simple typeform to recommend certain products. Based on answers it is possible that more than one product is a good fit but I cannot figure out how to show more than one ending. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hello everyone, If I mark a number of answers regarding a specific question, under the tab “Responses” and then press the delete button, will the entire survey responses be deleted or only the responses regarding the specific question? The reason why I ask if because I forgot to include a logic jump in the first question. My first question makes sure that my responders are part of my intended population and therefore eligible to answer my survey. Everyone who answered “no” to my first question were supposed to be redirected to the final goodbye screen. However I forgot to include this logic jump, therefore I have a total of 24 ineligible responses and I would like to delete all of these results.
