Typeform conversations

Hi needed your help here..The number showed in Big Picture is different with number of response calculated from the downloaded sheet (responses). Below is the screenshot of them: Big Picture Responses in Excel sheet There are 100+ gap, which is kinda frustrating for us to figure it out why.Can you help to sort this out? Thank you so much!

Dear all, I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered with the file upload function in Typeform. I have set up a file upload form and connected it to my Google Drive account so that files submitted via the form are automatically copied to my Drive. However, when mapping the fields in Zapier, I only receive the Typeform API URL, which directs to the file stored in the Typeform database. Unfortunately, this link is only accessible through the Typeform results page and does not grant external access to the file on Google Drive. There appears to be no way to access the direct Google Drive link from Zapier. Could you please advise on how to obtain the direct Google Drive link for the uploaded files? Being able to share a publicly accessible link in my email communications is crucial for my workflow. Thank you for your assistance. Instead of a surname or phone number, I’d like to add what’s their telegram or discord ID but I’m unable to edit any of these palceholders or create a custom form. 

I want to upload a video that’s 9:16 aspect ratio so it shows as the background on mobile, and takes up the entire left side on desktop. No matter what I try, the video ends up landscape. Can someone tell me how to do this or if it’s even possible? Support keeps telling me it’s my video. It’s not. I’ve tried using Vimeo and even YouTube Shorts video… it’s reformatted to become landscape. How do I correct this? Thank you.   

Hi All,I have a form with 3 big labels (B1, B2, B3) at the bottom of the form. At the top of the form there are few small labels (L1, L2, L3, L4). I want a user to be able to drag a small label under one of the 3 big labels.Example: one user may drag L1 & L2 under B2, L3, L4 under B1.Is this possible in Typeform?     Thanks a mil

I just duplicated an existing Typeform in the same workspace to make some edits, and I can’t find it anywhere. Have checked all other workspaces (both private and shared) and it’s also not there. As you can see, I’m in the “2025 Medical Form” workspace. It says there are 2 Typeforms in there but I can only see 1. I am the owner of this space and no one else in my organisation can see it either. Have closed + reopened Typeform several times, to no avail. The name of this typeform shouldn’t be an issue, as I renamed it with a completely different name when I duplicated it. Interestingly I have a link to the new typeform I created, and this still works, so I know it exists somewhere!! Am I doing something wrong??

Hello there, I ‘m using an embedded form in my website, and I would like to track the whole user journey - form the website to the form completion (it’s a sale process) - and I need to track source conversions (i.e. sources of users that land in my website and convert/buy).I think what I need is to setup a cross domain tracking, but it’s seems not possibile with Typeform if I get it right.Do you have any suggestion/workaround?Thank you very much,Pietro

How can I track people who fill my Typeform? I have several sources of leads in my CRM and Typeform is one of the sources. How can I track a lead to know that they came through my CRM by filling Typeform? do we have something like a tag? I tried a hidden field, but seems the hidden fields work the opposite of what I’m trying to achieve. Any help will be appreciated

We have 2 forms embedded together on our website, the first to capture the users information and second to ask the questions. We want to match the users details to their answers, without using their name or email address. Can you do this with user IDs? I see there is a field created for this when it passes to google sheets, however we do not get a figure.

I clearly recall a feature that would allow you to randomize the order of questions within a given question group - has it been killed? 

Hi there!I’m trying to embed a “yes/no” poll within a weekly email to users. Visually it looks great, but I really need to find a way for the receiver to be able to press “yes” or “no” and remain in the email.Meaning, a poll that does not take the user to another web page (Typeform). I just want them to press the answer and continue to the rest of the email.Thank!

i created a new typeform this morning and am unable to edit the Email Response. Anyone else seeing this? I really need to get this functionality back asap.   

So we send our forms out once a week to about 60 clients who each week fill in their reports. Write now I need to go into each form to change the end screen for them all. Is it possible to have an end screen template where I can change it once a week and it gets synced to their forms instantly so I only need to change the one screen? Thank you

I want to compare two number inputs from users and show different endings based on their responses. Example:What is your total marks in Physics? [Number field]What is your total marks in Mathematics? [Number field] Desired Logic:If maths_marks > physics_marks → Show Ending: "Best option for you: BSc degree from Oxford"If physics_marks > maths_marks → Show Ending: "Best option for you: Physics degree from MIT

I typically duplicate the same Typeform for each new one I create and make the necessary edits. This one shows my correct title everywhere except the tab name - so when guests click the link to the first Typeform the tab says the name of a different one. This is the first time this has happened - anyone know how to solve it? 

On the business plan, can I require a quiz-taker make a donation via Stripe before they are able to access the quiz? 

It would be great to have a feature here where I can add a progress bar and ask my clients to fill in their forms each week and visually show how much work they have done. So sometimes I don’t need to read through their comments but just generate a report week to week and see where they are at with their work 

I’ve set up a multi-language Typeform and developed a multi-language website. I assumed the Typeform embed would rely on declared page languare to output the translated version. Is there a way to set what language will display in an embed?

We are doing a receipt capture with our team but we have noticed that when our team members are in other countries the our users will get bogged down at the upload an image area and it just gives them the circle of death.Is there a way to reduce image size or a different work around that would work better?Thank You!

I’m planning to subscribe to Typeform's monthly Business Plan to launch a fundraising initiative for my company, where participants will be required to make a donation before taking a quiz. While I value the data analytics and priority support provided by the Business Plan, our company only plans to use the quiz for a three-month period each year.We intend to make this an annual initiative, but we’d prefer to pay monthly for the Business Plan during the active months when the form is live. During the off months, we’d like to switch to the free plan to avoid unnecessary costs.Is it possible to do this without losing any essential user analytics or elements of the form, and would we be able to reactivate the Business Plan the following year without any issues?

Hi all, my team are looking to use Typeform to collect data on different pages of our website e.g. How useful did you find this page? with a 1 - 5 start rating. The issue I’m facing is how to track which page of the website each response is coming from. The best solution I have for now is to use the utm_source however this would require setting a new embed for every page and writing a custom utm for each one. This is ok but a bit time consuming. Is there another way that a single embed can track the URL of the page it’s been completed on? I’ve turned on “Read URL parameters” which claims to read the whole URL but this doesn’t get pulled into the results page.Any integrations that have this feature do let me know.Thanks!

Hello experts,created my first Typeform questionnaire. Everything’s fine except for the formatting of the intro text preceeding the first item: all the text is centered where I’d like it to be left justified and (maybe) using an intro image but, unless I’m totally obsolete, I can’t figure out where and how to change text justification and add an image. Thx for helping out. Phil

Hello,I have a question about connecting typeform with drive but not to store the answers but for participants to see their results. I would like to create a style quiz for my course participants in field interior design -  they will answer questions to get to know their interior style. At the end participant should be directed to the designed pdf file on google drive with matching results. The best would be to send them an automatic email with the results but I am not so far with tec and not everything set up- the course starts on in a few days..I will appreciate your ideasThanks in advance, Agnieszka
