In the screen before the ending screen, ctrl+enter does not work.

hello. 😄
I have a question for you.

Shortcut key (ctrl+enter) for the last submit button right before going to the ending screen does not work.

Please let me know if this is an error or if I am missing something. Or is there a way to modify or delete this shortcut with the enter key?

Thanks, @k_tiful ! I tested this, and I was able to use Command + Enter (on a mac) to submit the form. What device are you using, and is the form embedded?

Thank you for your comment.

After i saw your answer, I copied it and tested again with my team. but it doesn’t still work.

Our devices are windows 10, and the form isn’t embedded.

Could you check it again, please?

Thanks, @k_tiful ! I had a member of our support team using Windows test this, but they weren’t able to reproduce the issue. You can see their test here. One thing they did note was that in order for the shortcut to work, you need to keep scrolling down until the very end, until the down arrow greys out.
