Hey there, I’m wondering why the google docs importer doesn’t seem to be working?I find it much easier to use then anything else but now it doesn’t work.Anyone have any insights?Or recommendations to make the form creation faster?

I am creating a form where users sell used items to our company for resale. I have an external table in a Google Sheets spreadsheet with approximately 250 items. The idea is that the user will enter their item name and receive a quote, with the quote price coming from the table.Three questions:Is it possible to create a conditional dropdown in Typeform? E.g. user selects Brand and is presented with various models and then based upon model selected can chose size. Based upon the selection made in question one, a result (price) is retrieved from Google Sheets. Can this be done? Can then a calculation be made using the retrieved value? E.g. If the customer select Excelent, Fair, Bad as conditions, that the price would then be adjusted.Thanks in advance.

I’m trying to set different end-screens based on the answers to a Matrix question.The Matrix question is critical to the end-screens the responder needs to see. Can I set end-screens based on answers selected in a Matrix Question?*** If not, how can I establish a question with more than one answer that dictates an end-screen?

Hi there! I created a form with Typeform. By one question I asked if the client would like to receive an invoice. But below the question the line ‘Never submit passwords, report abuse' appears. Is it possible to remove that line with the free plan? And how can I do this?  Thank you kindly in advance :-)  

Hi everyone,I was running a market survey and it looks like some spam robot found our typeform and added thousands of responses and now our data is ruined. I’m so upset! This never happened before after using typeform for 5 years. The data and survey are ruined it seems, which is extremely problematic for our organization and our client. Does anyone have suggestions on how to weed out the spam entires? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to them and they are scattered everywhere.Thank you.

I am trying to streamline / align the size of the boxes in my Typeform and to customize the looks of my form on mobile, but there see to be no functionality for it. I am very confused. As I understood it , Typeform should be this super-form-builder but right now it seems like it is limited to a very limited number of standard customization options. This is the form I am trying to build. For example, I cannot change the placing of the “fortsätt” button in mobile, I can’t find where I can create a “back” button. Right now I just have “continue (fortsätt)”.  Also, I really need to align the size of the boxes in the mobile version but I don’t understand where to begin (or if it even is possible)... Please advice! If I cannot find solutions to these  // Daniel (a really confused new user)

Hi, I have a multiple choice question. When the user chooses A he should be directed to “3” When he chooses B he should be directed to “4” When the user chooses C he should be directed to “5” and so on. Right now, when a user chooses A he is directed to “3” and then he is directed “4” instead of just continuing the flow, to the next question. Don’t know how to fix it.

I would like the respondents upload videos/photos while answering some questions. Anyone can share the report format that I generated at the end? i would like to see if it is suit for my end use. Thank you

 Please take a look at the screenshot I attached above. I set the logic to if options A & B is chosen in Q5 then it should go to Q6 and if any other options are chosen then it goes to Q7. However for some reason it keeps going to Q6 regardless of the choice selected. Please help

Hi everyone, We recently switched to Typeform for our quotation requests and really like the look and feel. We just found out there is an issue with the loading of the form. We have a very limited CMS and decided to 'Standard’ load the form after a click on our own button's (So we are not working with the typeform pop-up buttons since they look weird).Here is the issue: Whenever someone clicks on the button and the form loads a few seconds after the page is loaded the form gets stuck in a loading loop, it starts loading, reboots, and repeats this process infinitely. It's still in this loop even after closing the form and restarting it. The fix is to wait a few seconds after the page loads en then click the button and load the form, since this is something we cannot ask from our visitors, I would like to fix this ASAP. I hope to receive some help with this issue :)

Hello Typeform Community!I've been working on setting up a survey and am now finalizing the follow-up emails. I noticed that the default 'From' email address for notifications sent to respondents is "notifications@typeform.com". I'd like to personalize this to use my own email address, to make it more recognizable for respondents and to maintain branding consistency. However, within the email setup interface, the 'From' field isn't clickable for me to change it.Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, how did you manage to customize the sender email address? Are there additional steps or verifications required to set up a custom 'From' address on Typeform?
