I created this in the new “Follow Ups” section. I need help deleting the old Welcome Email.

Hi there!I’m creating a form where our customers and prospects can choose a timeslot for a car test drive. Is it possible to hide an option that has already been chosen by another person? For example: Customer A chooses the 10:30 - 11:00 time slot. Customer B only sees the remaining options 10u:00 - 10:00 and 11:30 - 12:00, but customer B can’t see the 10:30 - 11:00 time slot anymore. Thank you for you help!

I have a typeform with 10 questions, but we want each user to receieve 5 randomly, is it possible? Example user 1 gets questions 1,3,5,7,9user 2 gets questions 2,4,6,7,8user 3 gets questions 3,4,5,6,9

I’ve created a self-assessment where there are questions that don’t really have answers that would guide someone to 1 of the 3 outcome results (but the majority of the questions do/will). If I just don’t select answers for those odd-ball questions (assuming this is even an option), will that throw the results or will it still allow me to establish clear paths to each of the proper outcomes?For example - the first three questions of the survey (self-assessment) will determine the outcome (each answer, 3 options, will pair to a specific result), the remaining questions are really just to gather additional information. If I only set up the outcome quiz logic for those first three questions, will that work?

I am learning how to build my typeform and I wish to send a user to a url on my site once the click an option on the multiple choice question.  Is this possible in the builder tool or is this an option with a paid plan? Thank you for any help or insights you can provide.  

It seems that hyperlinks open in a new tab on your desktop, but not when accessing via mobile. I’ve created a mental health awareness tool that has links signposting help resources. The problem is, if people follow the links, they fall out of the Typeform.Please help!

I’ve created a form which has multiple endings which show depending on how the user has answered the questions. I’d like to email the user their answers, including the custom ending that they were shown. I can’t see this option when trying to create the respondent email notification (I can only select their answers to particular questions, but not their custom ending). Does anyone know where I’m going wrong? Or if there’s a workaround?Thanks!

Hi there, I’d like to follow up on this. I saw one of the blog post mentioned calm.com used typeform for onboarding. They have this kind of page when answered certain question - show the option and some additional copy about that. How can I do the same?  ​​​​​​​

Hello,Is it possible to show a brief description under choice when the user selects it? For example, if I have the following choices:A B CWhen the user chooses C, is it possible to show preconfigured text under choice C / on the side of the page? This is very helpful if we were to show some additional information / feedback for that choice.  

Can you give an answer to the people who fill in the questionnaire.If they answer on 5 questions they get to see the result of selected products.Is that possible?

Hello!I need to make a price calculator with these prerequisites:A number of choices will be selected from a Drop Down menu (max 5), lets named it “SELECT SERVICE” Price will be set on each choice while building Calculation: 1st most expensive choice will have no discount. 2nd most expensive choice will have 20% discount. 3rd, 4th and 5th will have 50% discount. Sum of the above calculations will be displayed on statement field.  If YES selected on another YES/NO field then make 10% discount on 1st most expensive choice on “SELECT SERVICE” I don’t know if this calculation can be done because i can’t find a way to set most expensive choices. Thanks! 

I’m working on a form for content creators who have multiple social media accounts. I’d like the first question to be a simple mutiple-choice for the social media platforms they publish on. Then based on their answers, the next questions prompt them to add in their handles for each platform they’ve selected. How would I do this?Thanks in advance,Charles

Typeform send out an (old) notification and I like to delete it. I can’t find it.

I want to create a survey study where participants sign up and take part in a weekly survey over a 2 month period with different prompt questions each week. In week 1 participants will complete a suite of demographic questions and then each week get a different prompt. I need each weekly response to be recorded to their profile, so that I can anaylse each weekly response based on demographic profiles. Is there a way to do this in typeform? For example, can you ask participants to enter a unique identifier (like an email address) at the beginning of the survey, and then use that identifier to link responses to their profiles, and can they be denied access if the email address is not recognized? Thank you for your help!

I want to create a branching series of questions. I want some of those questions to trigger a content block in the respondent notification email. All questions will be either yes/no or multiple choice.  What’s the best way to do this?

Hey there, I’m wondering why the google docs importer doesn’t seem to be working?I find it much easier to use then anything else but now it doesn’t work.Anyone have any insights?Or recommendations to make the form creation faster?

I am creating a form where users sell used items to our company for resale. I have an external table in a Google Sheets spreadsheet with approximately 250 items. The idea is that the user will enter their item name and receive a quote, with the quote price coming from the table.Three questions:Is it possible to create a conditional dropdown in Typeform? E.g. user selects Brand and is presented with various models and then based upon model selected can chose size. Based upon the selection made in question one, a result (price) is retrieved from Google Sheets. Can this be done? Can then a calculation be made using the retrieved value? E.g. If the customer select Excelent, Fair, Bad as conditions, that the price would then be adjusted.Thanks in advance.

I’m trying to set different end-screens based on the answers to a Matrix question.The Matrix question is critical to the end-screens the responder needs to see. Can I set end-screens based on answers selected in a Matrix Question?*** If not, how can I establish a question with more than one answer that dictates an end-screen?

Hi there! I created a form with Typeform. By one question I asked if the client would like to receive an invoice. But below the question the line ‘Never submit passwords, report abuse' appears. Is it possible to remove that line with the free plan? And how can I do this?  Thank you kindly in advance :-)  

Hi everyone,I was running a market survey and it looks like some spam robot found our typeform and added thousands of responses and now our data is ruined. I’m so upset! This never happened before after using typeform for 5 years. The data and survey are ruined it seems, which is extremely problematic for our organization and our client. Does anyone have suggestions on how to weed out the spam entires? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to them and they are scattered everywhere.Thank you.

I am trying to streamline / align the size of the boxes in my Typeform and to customize the looks of my form on mobile, but there see to be no functionality for it. I am very confused. As I understood it , Typeform should be this super-form-builder but right now it seems like it is limited to a very limited number of standard customization options. This is the form I am trying to build. For example, I cannot change the placing of the “fortsätt” button in mobile, I can’t find where I can create a “back” button. Right now I just have “continue (fortsätt)”.  Also, I really need to align the size of the boxes in the mobile version but I don’t understand where to begin (or if it even is possible)... Please advice!
