I have a question “how many applications are you applying to” with 4 answers. I would like them to be charged for as many applications they are applying to. the last answer is asking them if they would like to enter our scholarship so i dont want them to be charged an app fee. I have tried to do this but when they apply to all 3 some how they get charged $600instead of $75. I now get why that is happening but i dont know how to fix it. I am clearly over duing it but i am not sure how to fix the problem

Hi,I created logic for a multiple choice question where each of the three answers require additional questions to be answered. Any combination of A, B, or C can be selected.  My logic worked for nearly a week.  Today, it stopped working.  Attached are screen shots of my logic. Basically:If “Check all that Apply” is A, then 15dIf Check all that Apply is A, then 15eIf Check all that Apply is B, then 15fIf Check all that Apply is B, then 15gIf Check all that Apply is C, then 15hIf Check all that Apply is C, then 15iotherwise 16Just today it stopped working. if you only choose A, you still get B and C.  If you select only B, you still get C. I haven’t changed the logic at all, why is it no longer working?Thank you for your help! 

Needing to create an earnings calculator for potential customers and I am having some trouble figuring out exactly how to go about it. We are a medical device manufacturer, so we sell to physicians and med spas, and we are wanting to create a potential earnings calculator, that can show them their estimated monthly revenue if they were to purchase our device.The formula is simple: (# of treatments per day) x (# of working days per month) x (price per treatment) = estimated monthly revenue.We have need to have this formula applied to three different treatment options, and they select how many of those treatments offerings they will be offering. If it is multiple treatment options, we need this formula applied to each, and then added together for the total amount at the end. If this makes sense?Pricing and number of treatments offered differs for every practice. Hey, I got really excited about using Typeform as the assessment tool for my education platform and I really want to get started business-wise however, I am running into issues setting up my form. I wish I could speak to a person in live chat but it requires a business plan. I am heavily considering upgrading to the business plan for this endeavor however, I am simply testing out Typeform with the free version to see if it fits my needs.I have 96 questions intentionally in random order connected to 32 different skill categories (32 question groups). However, when I want to assign a question to a question group, it forces me to abandon the random order of my questions. For example, I want to score category 1 which has questions # 3, 12, and 72. In my typeform I am trying to collect data about how many apartment units are available and then if the answer is say (7), then I would like the Lease start dates and Lease end dates for those seven units. Is it possible to do this? And if so, how?

Basically, I’d like to know if there’s a way to enable email notifications for all forms on a parent level, since by default, this option is disabled for each form - rather than this having to be enabled on each form individually.Thanks in advance for any help!

It seems people who are submitting the form are having some difficulty if they are completing it on android?I have set up a form to redirect them at the end of the form but when they press submit it doesn't do anything. The button goes clear but they are not redirected Interestingly, I receive the data but to them it seems that they cannot submit the form 

Dumb question from newbie, sorry. I've used other form designing programs and apps but I promise I checked before asking and can't see how I reorder my questions. Usually it would be something like long press and drag to another position but nothing I'm trying is working. Thank you.

ARGH!.  I made my first survey, and was told I need to upgrade because certain features are paid.  But I can’t tell which ones are paid.  (Some say “paid” others don’t.”  And which LEVEL of plan do I need.  I paid for Basic, but apparently that is not enough.  So I’m left guessing as to what feature I have is not included in basic.  If I knew what the problem was, I might just delete it.

Some messages cannot be edited.It seems that the 'Max characters reached’ message is not accesable in the message settings. It's just not there.  The 'Numbers only please’ message isn't there aswell.

We are trying to create a form that uses data validation which then leads our customer to locked content. Does Typeform have this capability where they can input their name and a code they are given, and if meets the requirements, it will then send the customer to a locked page with access to extra content that only they can access? 

Hi,I was wondering if I can ad a text like 'Thanks for your application, we'll stay in touch with you through *applicants email adress*' The email adress wil be asked in a previous question. I want to add this as an extra check for the respondent to check if the email is correct.

I’m in the process of setting up a survey and I have a spreadsheet of pre-generated single use codes to use as a part of this survey. Is it possible to integrate this sheet and pull these codes into the Survey on the final page to avoid using a generic code?

Hi,  Im building a typeform that will have a core structure of 30 some questions, which based on the answers provided here, will lead to one of 4 typeforms. Each of the four typeforms has a unique logic structure which means, that as the users goes through one of the 4 TypeForms their answers to some of the first questions will determine how many questions they go through in total. There is a branching logic behind each TypeForm which means the user journey through can vary depending on the users answers.Is there any way that I can calculate an average score based on the answers? all equations I have come across requires a divide with the amount of questions (In this case that will only be possible to know if I code each potential combination one by one). Is there a smarter way? otherwise im looking at 800-1000 questions and the following 4-5.000 rules. It is a very easy task in excel, so I hope it is just me not knowing how to apply this logic to a TypeForm..

Hello! I am planning on buying a package and had the following question, I will have a few websites I plan on using TypeForm for: One website is a Registered Nursing School website I will use to sell two practice tests each with 115 questions. Second website will be a Fruit Tree website I will use to ask users to add fruit information (variety, taste, color, etc), add a picture and then add into our online database of fruits once reviewed by admin. Third website will simply obtain email addresses for a mailing list.Can any one TypeForm subscription perform these three requests?  

Hi from Aotearoa, New Zealand !With the email response to client ( automated when added to form) it shows in the form and as also tuned on, but if I test with my email address I don’t receive a response and many clients tell me they also do not. I have ensured this is on before I publish my form and everything looks accurate, is it reliable !Thanks Shayne J

First I have this operation:var3 = var1/(var2/100)*(var/100)Depending on the result, a score is assigned to a final variable varfinalAnd on the other hand, some multiple choice questions that, depending on the choice, add a score to that same var4.Depending on the result of varfinal, one final result or another is displayed.Is this possible? good morning! I have a form, with the aim of the customer choosing sizes for products.  Is there any way to control the stock?  Is there a way to limit the number of clicks on a given option?  Example: What is the shirt size?  Option A: size SOption B: size L(As I only have 10 units of sizes S, I said that there was a maximum response for this option of 10 clicks)When the 11th person clicks on the option, they receive a warning (that there are no more sizes) or are forwarded to a page with that information it's possible? Thank you very much 

Hi,We have got a Typeform account where we have been creating Typeforms for 2 different departments for a while. Now, we want to have 2 separate accounts, so we do not mix stuff from different areas. We have created a new account and dozens of Typeforms need to be created on this second account. In an ideal world, we would export those typeforms from the first account and then import them on to the second one. We do not need to export the answers or any other collected data, just the questions, the logic, etc. But we do not find any option to do that and we do not find any information regarding this matter. So, we will have to create all those typeforms again from scratch. Do you know whether this can be done automatically with some kind of export/import feature? Thanks a lot for your help.
