Typeform conversations

Hi thereFirst time user here.  One of my Typeform questions asked respondents to rank ten items in order of importance. In the summary, I can clearly see the items in order that they were ranked, i.e. the most popular on average is at the top and the least popular is at the bottom. However when I go to generate this as a report, the items are presented without the ranking, simply each item shows its own individual bar graph of how many people placed it in which number ranking. So the viewer of the report will have to scroll through all ten items and do the maths in their head to see which one ranked highest. This seems counter-intuitive, so naturally I assume I have done something wrong. Can anyone please advise?Many thanksPC 

Hi Liz, John and Typeform team.I would like to extract certain answers from Typeform into a google sheet, not all of them as we need to  print this off.How can we do this?I have already set up a follow up email which extracts certian values based on recall, however I need it to go into a google sheet. If there is an easy way (via webhook or whatever) then that would be better.

Hello,I used Typeform’s QR function to share my survey on flyers. We are about to end the survey but I am wondering if I can redirect the QR code to a different website so that my community partners do not have to take down all the flyers which contain other good information for their patrons. I followed the steps in article to connect GA4 with Typerfom (it has been a week now) I tried to use the tag assistant feature to test out all events fire successfully, but I dont see the GA4 ID in tag assistant. Please let me know if the tech support can see if I have connected successfully. Hello I have a major problem with TypeForm. Whenever I download the results / responses into either a CSV or in the XLSL format…I get blank column titles in the download file. I’ve tried reaching out to support but they are not responding and I’ve already submitted (2) tickets.  Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem and know a fix? Thank you in advance!

I have a Professional subscription and have created a form named "Feature to fly – Amalfi". There's a field for participants to submit their video, but currently no one is able to upload because the file size limit appears to be only 10 MB.As far as I understand, the Professional plan should support file uploads up to 2GB. Could you please confirm if that's correct, and if so, help ensure the form accepts larger files as intended?

We used to query for hidden field values (e.g., ?query=abc123) and receive matching responses where "hidden": { "field_name": "abc123" } — this worked fine until a few days ago.Now, the same query returns no results, even though we can see the hidden field present in the response payloads.Could you confirm whether hidden field search support was changed, deprecated, or broken?Thanks!

Im using embedded typeform sdk, I want users to retake quiz from ending page. How to configure this? Because it doesn’t have any urls to it.

Last night as I finished 7 hours of major edits on a form, I navigated from the logic map back to the form questions and they had reverted back to the version from the day before. All work disappeared. I had been conscious to save each logic window as I completed work on it throughout the day. All new questions and associated logic are gone. And all edits on questions and header pages are also gone.When I click on “Version History”, it is blank.I submitted a help ticket on Typeform, but wondering if anyone can suggest a way to access my work?

Hello,I want to collect data with a typeform. Some datas are open texts response, select photos in list, … This response types that is standard in a Typeform. But I also need to collect data coming from several QRCode, not just one.  I would like my respondent fulfill the form by scanning à QRCode. The data collected could be the QRCode url, or on parameter from the QRCode url. In fact, I want to use the typeform webpage to scan à QRCode and extract data from it.  is it possible ?

Hi, I’ve created a link that will open an SMS message on someone’s phone and auto-populate with some simple text so that people who take our survey can invite their friends and family to do so. (This was inspired by referral programs that some companies have.)The link is written in the format: sms:?&body=Message%20HereI’ve confirmed that it works when I copy and paste it into my browser. However, when I add that as the “Button link” to the last page of my form, the response reads: “This URL doesn’t look right.” Of course, I recognize that it’s not in the usual absolute URL format (https://www…) but I’m frustrated that Typeform won’t take it since it’s such a cool use case.Suggestions, or workarounds?

I have set up the q_price variable for customers answers for an estimate on our services, now how do I have the email that will be sent to them say, thanks for completing the form here is your estimate $xx?  Also is there a way to select that for a specific answer it takes 10%, 20%, etc. off the q_price end score?  

Hello community,I'm working on a survey where I have a Multiple Choice question with 6 options, and each option has its own related question group. The initial condition is that users can choose up to 3 of the 6 options, but I need that depending on what they choose, they are redirected to the corresponding question groups.The problem I'm facing is that when setting up conditional logic (Logic Jump), Typeform only redirects to one of the question groups (the first one that matches), instead of taking users to all the groups related to their selections.How can I solve this? Hello,is there any way to remove that new extra slow form animations with each question? Why is it forced and not behind On/Off settings. Same with that new redesing to put Design from right edit bar to small pop-up. Why? We have hundreds of designs what we use as we create many forms and it is so confusing, small and time consuming to look for design what we need. It is a step back. Editing in Pop-up is the worst UI decision right now. It is getting frustrating that you guys focus on stuff thats not really needed, but not the problems that TypeForm have, like grayed Publish button when you edit questions, Reload pop-up with error when you do simple changes in form and etc. which does nto save your edits and your edits are lost.

Hi There I have connected to Stripe and I am on the Business Tier of TypeForm Subscription (Can’t even get live support to answer me) so wondering if the community can help. I have built logic to calculate a price. And I am hoping to inject that price into the Stripe Payment amount - the help videos show a logic tab in the payment page setup - but I am not getting that.  Whereas the help / support on Typeform indicate that I should have something that looks like   Can you help me understand why the Design and Logic options are not appearing? Many, thanks in advance. And TypeForm Support - I am looking at you. How can your AI say I am connected with a support agent when I am not!!!!!    

Im struggling to understand how to do this. Zapier doesnt recognize it as a new entry and webhooks is jumbled mess that you cant easily find the answers and map them into anything. Does anyone have a solution?

Hello everyone,we have many many typeforms for many topics in our company and use them internally and externally in four and sometimes five languages.To get some order we have a lot of workspaces, usually one for every language/country.However some of these workspaces are getting pretty filled up now and sometimes we have to search for a few moments to find a relevant typeform survey/quiz.  I now have the following question: Is it possible to create folders in workspaces in order to get a better overview over the typeforms in the workspace and sort them separately? This would be super helpful. Thanks.
