Typeform conversations

Hi allI would like to send our existing supporters a survey via email and then use different tags depending on their responses to add to their Mailchimp accounts (ie as explained in step 6 here). However, it looks like I can’t use the native integration because:It will all be existing rather than new contacts I don’t want to ask for their email again, so can’t use a required email field (which is needed for the native integration) - I was planning to use hidden fields to be able to link the answers to the email addresses.I’ve tried setting up the tagging integration with Zapier but couldn’t find a way how to do that. So I was wondering if anybody had any advice how I can do this instead?

Hello everyone!I’ve got a question related to the integration with Google Sheets.We do have a live Survey (approx 1300 records - so less than the 3000 limit) which should be sending all new responses onto Google sheets.It worked and apparently still works but missed sending across a couple records (basically the number of responses on Typeform do not coincide with the one on Google sheets).Has anyone experienced anything similar?Thanks in advance for your help.

Will the “Basic” plan still include the calculator function of the old “Essentials” plan?

Our website is built on Cratejoy and when I try to embed the Typeform on the site using either the Popup or the slider or side tab embeding, when the button is clicked, the user is redirected to the seperate url and a new tab rather than remaining on our site.

I am new to this great forms tool. i have created a registration form. when the form is open on a computer there is the full layout i have settled. however when the form is open with the phone the layout is zoomed. i would like to keep the same layout i settle. how do i do????thank you cery much in advance !!!Evaa

Hi, Just started to use Typeform, and where we love the interface and ease-of-use, we’re not equally impressed by the reporting capabilities. They’re pretty basic, and I’m thinking we may need an add-on tool that allows us to take the data from the survey, and do (any of) the following:Calculate averages based on inputs (Typeform doesn’t do this in, for example, matrix questions) Add data to a pre-created reporting template (just update graphs in a preset doc) Use data to calculate something else (for example, calculate NPS based on survey answers around satisfaction)Might help to know that we’re a training business, and as such are interested in things like average/composite satisfaction scores, “jumps” in proficiency/skill from before/after training, … . Potentially, in the future, we’re also going to use Typeform for assessments (not simply surveys), meaning we need to be able to generate individualised reports, “auto filling” data based on survey input. Does anyone have any recomme

Is it possible to do calculation of different points answered on matrix type of question? Usually for multiple choice question type, we are able to assign points on each of the answers rather than having only 1 correct answer. So, I want to apply the same thing on the matrix question type, is it possible? If yes, how?

Does it have to do with a maximum pages or something else? I’m on page 64 and it is not possible anymore to publish the pages. I can add more pages, but when I put copy in the pages, it doesn’t save it because I can not publish it. Thank you so much for you help. 

I’ve been trying to make a typeform for 3 days now and feel a bit frustrated. Hi, I would like to improve the page speed of my site that is build through webflow. I have several buttons that are basically triggering a pop up with a typeform contact form. Right now this pop is just hidden and will show up when the user clicks the contact button. For this reason the typeform loads with the page in any case.Any ideas how I could make a delay like 4s for the load of the typeform after the page is loaded?that’s the website: working-smart.de

We are asking a question with multiple choices.  We want the ask a series of questions as a follow up for each of the items selected in thee first question.  Is it possible to use the logic jumps to ask follow ups for every selection in the first question.  For example:Q1 -  What kind of cereal do you buy:  A) Kashi, B) frosted flakes, C) cheerios, D) Oatmeal.  Respondent answers:  A  (Kashi) and D (Oatmeal).  Survey Then asks2a. How often do you eat Kashi, 2b. How often do you buy Kashi, 2c. Do you share your Kashi.Then the survey asks:  3a. How often do you eat Oatmeal, 3b. How often do you buy Oatmeal 3c. Do you share your Oatmeal?The Survey skips asking questions about B and C completely! 

Is there a way to set the photo upload size to a minimum of 500kb?

Hi,The Insights tab is reporting more Starts than Views on mobile devices. The amount of Starts are almost double the amount of Views, which isn't logical even if the Views are unique views only. I'm having a hard time interpreting this result. Is there any logical explanation or solution to this issue? PS: On desktop devices the insights meet my expectations (more Views than Starts).

Can you apply logic to take the answers from earlier questions and put them into a new ranking question.I am asking if someone wants to add something to their list Y/N.  I then want to take all the Y answers and ask people to rank those answers in order of preference.e.g. Questions  1) Do you like apples: Y/N?  2) Do you like bananas Y/N?  3) Do you like peaches Y/N?  4) Do you like grapes: Y/N? then rank the Yes answers.  e.g. if the answer was yes to  questions 1-3 then my fifth question would be:  rank the following in order of preference.  Grapes would not appear as the initial answer to it was no.applesbananaspeaches

Hello!This question is probably piece of cake for you, but I just don’t know how to solve it.  I’ve used the typical sharing code from Typeforms form → share page:  My problem is, that the pop-over is a bit too small for the form. Then I tried the custom embed code, and it works perfectly, but I need to make some changes to the button. Code:  Button in action:  So, what I’m missing, is the right color and some custom positioning for the button (otherwise our cookie consent box hides it). Should I just create some CSS overrides, or is there better way to do it? Thank you in advance!
