Hi everyone!  Is it possible to add more than one rating question in one page/same page? 

Dear all,I am new in TypeForm so if I am asking a question which has already been answered please forgive me.I am trying to create a survey. In this survey each question has a weight score according to its importance. Answers has a score and to calculate the total score of the question I need to multply the weight score with the answer score. To get the final score of survey I need to sum up all questions scores.  For Example;Question 3: Time spent sittingWeight: 3,2Answers and Scores:Less than 2 hours - Score: +12 - 4 hours - Score: +0.84 - 6 hours - Score: +0.66 - 8 hours - Score: +0.48 - 10 hours - Score: +0.2More than 10 hours - Score: 0 Thank you.

How do you proof the postcard you have created before goint public with it?

Hi Everyone! I have a bit of an issue. I have created a form that has 4 outcomes. I use GoHighLevel as my CRM and have connected the two apps and so far everything is working fine. However, I would like to send different emails based on the respondents outcome that are sent from GoHighLevel. My issue is that I don’t know how to get GoHighLevel to recognize which outcome was returned so it can then send out the appropriate email.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. If I have not provided enough information, please let me know. Matt

I am trying to use answers from a previous question in a future question.They are not open ended questions though.  It is a multiple choice question where they can select more than one (up to three). Question 1:  Which brands have you purchased in the past year: Question 2 will ask for opinions about those brands - like an NPS for each one. Is that possible:?  

Hello !i have questions with Long text answers in my form.I want to add a little sentence on the beginning of the answer (same for everyone, but diffrent from 1 question to the other) to help launch people into writing what they have to say.Please can you explain me how to set a “by default” beginning of answer like that ?Thanks in advance

How can I add a simple disclosure to all my forms? For compliance purposes, if I want to have automated texting, I need to add a disclosure statement and/or link to a disclosure statement.

Hello,  i am new to typeform and i have one question about its integration with zapier. Whenever i want to save one forms respons in google spreadsheet, it always saves all of the responens not only the newest one. could anyone please guide me in how i make it so that eerytime a new respons comes in it only takes that and updates the google sheets document.  Appreiciate the help, greetings Sajjad

I have a quiz with variables.  First variable is the tester must get 80% or higher to pass.  The second variable is the type of tester.  Tester A should get ending page A, tester B should get ending page B.  I know how to score the quiz. but when setting up branching, I can’t figure out how to say if is Tester B then go to ending B.  The only option I get is Submit form.  Is what I want possible?

Hi! Trying to connect my Typeform to Notion.  Everything working on Notion’s end. But when I go to configure the questions in TF to the questions in Notion, the TF questions are not showing - but all of the questions in Notion do…  Anyone able to assist? 😅 Thanks!

Looking to set up GTM to pass through when a form is submitted. Unfortunately It's not working out. I presume that there might be the issue with whole Typeform creation method probably because, I even checked data layer it wasn't sending an enough data.I tried every possible method which google tag manager has like event firing, trigger firing, DOM setup, Custom event, Custom script, form submission, Button click but All went in a vain.Firstly the main issue with data layer which isn't sending the proper infoSecondly when the form submitted not even a single tag is firing which is quite strange

Currently, it seems that the only way to get the networkId for each entry is to export all responses as csv. Is it possible to configure connections like the Google Sheets connection to include the networkId as well?

I’ve connected my Mailchimp and Typeform accounts. I’ve published a form and connected the form with Mailchimp. I’ve connected the First name, Last Name, email, and phone number fields in Typeform with their counterparts in Mailchimp.  I’ve processed a few test responses, and they are submitting successfully to Typeform but not populating in Mailchimp. Please help. Thank you!

Hi,I’ve made a quiz with yes/no questions but I can’t get it to score correctly. I’ve assigned a score to ‘yes’ answers and ‘No’ answers won’t receive any points. But when I took the quiz, it gave me a score of 0, despite answering yes to most questions! Not sure where I’m going wrong.Thanks in advance for any help!

We’ve built a form that uses full blead images behind each question.The accessibility checker is telling us that we have issues with Color Contrast for text of both questions and answers. We have dialed back the brightness -80% on each image to the point where it is almost black to try to address this. See basic examples below.  In the design theme, the question and answer text is set to white. #FFFFFFWhen the theme background is set to #888888, the accessibility checker flags the issues. If we change the theme background to #000000 (black) the issues go away. Neither of these background colors are ever seen on our forms.So…..What is the accessibility checker actually checking? Is it the form that’s being presented or is it the design theme? From what I can tell, it’s the design theme, which appears to be completely irrelevant to forms where the text sits on top of an image.If the checker is not actually checking our form (but rather the underlying background color which is never seen)

Is there any way that a repeat guest’s previous answers/responses can be auto-filled when submitting info for another booking? ie the same way a browser saves your info and auto fills it for you?

I have created a survey that is meant to measure 1 overall score, also assess 7 areas of competency and 4 skills. In other words I have a bunch of subset of questions within the survey I need to add together to measure certain traits. Can that be done with Typeform?

Hi,I’ve grouped questions and when these are displayed the survey automatically shows some of the text from the first question / statement of the group. Is there a way of removing this?
