The second columnn of scores is how I have set up the scoring the survey. The bottom has what the end screens should sayI have tried:Using ‘always’ add the question to the variable. I just end up with 55 most of the time. Using ‘if’ ‘question’ is ‘greater than 0’ then ‘add’ ‘question’ to ‘variable’ no difference. Using ‘if’ ‘question’ is ‘greater than 0’ then ‘add’ ‘score’ to ‘variable’ completely wrong answers.At the end we need to:Add all mindset questions I have marked and divide by 20 (I think we put all 20 into the calculation for confidence) then multiple by 10 to get a score out of 100. Hi!I am creating a policy assessment tool based on 10 criteria which users can score on a 1-5 rating scale. However, we need to provide them with an “I don’t know option” as well, so I have created a scoring quiz with multiple choice type of questions (instead of opinion scale) to accommodate this.After running the assessment, the user should be able to see in the ending screen:a). the overall score of the tool; b). a review of all the answers/scores per each criterion (e.g. usability 3/5, inclusivity 4/5 etc); and - here comes the difficulty - c). in case there is a “I don’t know” answer – indicate next to these criteria a phrase similar to “no score provided”.I’ve been experimenting with variables, but with no results so far. I hope i explain this effectively.I am creating a quiz which produces 16 different profiles for the end user.The profiles are the result of 2 series of questions:Variable - Archetype_TotalScore Variable - Work_style_TotalScorefor each of the above, I have a series of question and seperate scoring. Each has 4 possible results.for example:Achetype on Total Score:0-60 Points: The Dreamer 61-90 Points: The Builder  91-120 Points: The Evolver  121-150 Points: The Strategist Work Style Scores0-15 Points: Analytical/Thinker 16-30 Points: Creative/Innovative 31-45 Points: Action-Oriented/Doer 46-60 Points: Visionary/LeaderOnce the user answers all questions they will be allocated a profile - eg. The Dreamer/Thinker or The Deamer/Leader - there are 16 different profiles/results. I have set up all questions as follows:addess Quiz Scores to each question Added a logic to the Archeytpe questions - Always “add “score” to Archetype_TotalScore Added a logic to the Work Style questions - Always

I’m new to Typeform so still learning a lot!  I’ve created a Typeform to send to a specific group of people to get feedback during a training programme.  Is there a way to set up an email reminder option within Typeform so it can send an email to nudge people to reply within a certain time frame?  

I want to unsubscribe and this looks like it is going to take hours, even days. Just like getting help from Microsoft, google, firefox, brave, and every browser except Tor.

Hello community. Im pretty new here so if this appears to be common knowledge I apologize in advance.  I want to use a hidden field on my form so that once the form is submitted, I can tell which affiliate sent the form to the lead. I am using Zoho CRM and mapping fields using Zapier. I am not seeing any way to map the hidden field in zapier to push the info to zoho crm.  Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you! 

Hello! I print my patients’ responses to the PHQ-9 TypeForm we created. Strangely, when I do this, the first page is completely blank. I attached a photo for reference. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I resolve it.Thank you for your help! Dr. Ginny McFarlane 

I duplicated a form I created for one of my clients into another client's environment. Now both clients say they can see the results from both forms in the table. How do I seperate the results into separate tables?

Your help in discarding (or not!) this option will be highly appreciated. What I need: Income tax calculation: function that processes user inputs for incomes and deductions and calculates total income, subtracts deductions, and applies the appropriate tax rates and brackets to determine the tax liability Sales tax calculation: function multiplies the amount by the tax rate to determine the sales tax. Small business tax calculation: function calculates the tax for small businesses based on the entity type (S corporation, C corporation, LLC, etc.). For C corporations, it applies a flat rate of 21%. Hello. A few days I started noticing the Typeform header in our account is duplicated: And now we can’t scroll down the page to see all our forms, we can only see 20 forms max. Same thing happens in Mosaic view. We can only scroll down the sidebar. The forms not showing can be found using the search bar, so they’re not missing. We just can’t see them.How can we solve this?

Hi community,  is anyone else also experiencing issues with the follow up email? My follow up settings seems active, I just submitted a dummy response. I don’t have an email in my spam folder, the inbox is valid.

There used to be an option to allow multiple selections in a multiple choice but this option seems to have been removed.How can I fix this?  

I get an error every time I try to access the Follow-up link in settings. I don’t know if there’s an issue on my side or not. I inherited this tool from a previous employee, and this is my first time trying to use it. I need to update the language on an automatic respondent email, and it’s been a bear to find where this utility is, but I’m still not sure if I’m doing it right. Could someone please kindly assist? 

I have a survey that I want to send to people within multiple organizations. I would like to be able to tabulate the results by organization and then as a collective. In SurveyMonkey, I would use “collectors” that create unique URLs for each organization, but then report the results together. I can then use the collectors as tags to sort out answers and see results by each organization (see picture below).Does Typeform have a way to do this without requiring the user to list their organization and using that as a sort?Screen capture of Survey Monkey Collectors. 

Hello, I built a survey 3 months ago for a project and then our subscription expired. We have just renewed and I want to send the same survey. However, I cant find any trace of the old survey in the account. Can it be restored? thanks for any help, -Duncan

Hi! Using Typeform to help users establish a quote, the form starts with a multiple choice questions (A,B,C,D) which then branches out to a series of questions, specific to either A, B, C or D. As the user may need A&B or B&C&D, multichoice is enabled. However managing the 15+ combinations of A&B&C&D, A&B&C, A&B&D, A&C&D, A&B, B&C, etc. is a heavy task, and each branch needs to be duplicated multiple times, which means that maintaining this after will be even more of a burden.Is there a way to group questions in each of the branches, and have them editable separately, which means that editing branch A would affect all occurrences of branch A in this form?The ultimate objective is for the user selecting A&B&D for example, to be asked to fill in all questions from branch A, then all questions for branch B and then all questions from branch D.Thanks!

Question - i’m setting up the payment method on typeform - however, it’s only allowing me to set a fixed payment price as opposed to the total score.  I swear i was able to set the payment to the total score last year.

Hi everyone,I’ve created a survey/quiz that suggests a certification based on the participant's answers. I have mapped out the fields, and they work well. The only issue is that I haven’t been able to bring the variable answers into HubSpot. I have created a property where I want to see which certification each person should take so that in the future, I can send emails related to each person's level. There are only four variables (certifications). I have tried using Zapier, but I haven’t had much luck yet.
