Your typeform results

I’ve been battling with this for a while now, My email server has been receiving Notifications from typeform for years, and randomly I stop getting notifications through. my mail server isn’t blocking them, they aren’t going into any spam or random folders -This has been going on over multiple forms Yet when I test the form the notification email comes through to me. but not when someone else does (sometimes) I’ve missed out on 8 customers and Thousands of Pounds or revenue, - The latest unsent notification is today! I need to uniquely identify each response from the typeform, to redirect each user to a different url of the type https://final_url.com/?id=unique_id.It would be very easy if each typeform response had its unique id which could then be stored in a variable, but it doesn't.Any suggestions to solve it? Hello everyone, If I mark a number of answers regarding a specific question, under the tab “Responses” and then press the delete button, will the entire survey responses be deleted or only the responses regarding the specific question? The reason why I ask if because I forgot to include a logic jump in the first question. My first question makes sure that my responders are part of my intended population and therefore eligible to answer my survey. Everyone who answered “no” to my first question were supposed to be redirected to the final goodbye screen. However I forgot to include this logic jump, therefore I have a total of 24 ineligible responses and I would like to delete all of these results. 

Recently, we've been having a problem with some forms always showing the marketing source as direct traffic. Maybe someone has an idea what the problem could be?Our Typeform account is connected to Google Tag Manager and Hubspot. Under Source Tracking, "Yes, I do consent" is ticked, but "Yes, I need to embed this Typeform" is not. Basically, we have not embedded any typeforms, but use the "Share" link of the typeforms. Hello there,Is there a way to print an individual survey response with only certain questions selected using the Print function in Typeform (rather than exporting to Google Sheets and formatting to hide questions that I don’t want to print)?  I see that there is way to print by opening the individual response but I’d like to be able to just print answers to select questions rather than the complete response.Also, what is the Tags function use for when you expand an individual response?Thanks!

I can see when a response was started and submitted, but I want to see when it was sent as well. Is this possible?

Hello, I thought I mapped out my logic set using Branching and Calculations here. I can’t get the logic set to work - everything ends up as “E” the “other” option. ANY help is appreciated - I’ve been at this an embarrassing amount of time! Sample screen shots below.  I’m pretty sure my math is right, so I’m missing a button or a “if/then” stop, etc.

Hello!I have this problem, I have several multi-select questions in one of my surveys and I have Excel integrated, so I can start receiving the data.The problem is the multi select data is all packed in the same cell, just separated by comas. If I want to start to create my formulas and some charts I would need to get rid of the comas and I will touch the raw data. Something I don’t want to do.Is there any way to have this fixed so the multi-select data appears by columns and not all in one cell? Current example:Which fruits do you usually consume? Hi there!As far as I know, Typeform is not able to limit answers by respondent ID, unless you have some coding skills. Do the coding solution also works here, in Notion? (coding in notion is limited)However, due to Typeform having access to users name and emails in Notion, I hope there is a way to limit answers by user in notion embedded typeforms. Thank you!

Hey Typeform Community! Love the logic mapping that allows personalized tests. What I’m trying to sort out for work is the use of typeform as a method to develop individualized development plans for each respondent (that’s generated as an ending).Ie: What their name is, what role they have, if they have the certs needed, what certs to get, what order to get them in, etc. This platform seems fantastic at making the questionnaire incredibly user friendly but our respondents would need to be able to read the individual results and in their current format they’re unreadable to non-computer literate people. Is there a way that a button could be made to “Screen shot” the results as a png, or save it as a pdf?If not that then is there an integration tool that would be able to send the respondent and myself an easier to understand individual response?

Where can I transfer the results that will become a work order that I can adjust and add pricing to? Then ultimately add to a database and schedule? 

Is there a way to “turn off” some questions of the survey, without losing the data of the persons who already responded?I have the Calendly option in my survey, but I no longer want nor need to receive more appointments, but I also don’t want to lose track of the persons who chose to.Thanks!

Hello!I just create a typeform and can not get the url to redirect to my website.  I have only one ending and no matter what I do it will not redirect. I’m getting frustrated as it is holding up the launch of a product. The redirect is to a thank you gift for providing feedback on the course they purchased. Any help would be appreciated as I haven’t had luck with support. 

I have synced typeform with Trello but I am not able to view attachments, as added by applicants to a job. It keeps loading a blank page. Anyone have any insights or suggestions?

Hi Guys, I offer personalized service and I need that my customers share with me their preferences, but sometimes, people change their minds and their preferences :) Two questions:1) Is it possible after a customer fills a survey, to have their unique link?For example, after customer A fill the survey I know that their id is 12123123 (Typeform gives me the ID when I export de data correct)? and the link for them is www.typeforme.com/121231232) If yes, is it possible for the customer to click on the link that I will give to them and to see what they have filled before (like Typeform has now if the person lefts the form without submitting) and edit if they want?Thanks:)

Hey - help!Most of the questions on my typeform are REQUIRED, however when i receive a completed typeform half of the questions are missing...any idea why? 

I found out about the UTM tracking option.I find that a very useful way to analyze the quiz behavior based on traffic source.The problem is that when I go to results/insights I am not able to analyze the insights data by traffic source. Makes it very tedious for me to do the filtering manually.That would be a great improvement to the platform I think.
