Hey guys, I have built out most of our quiz which is a lead generation tool for us for people with back pain! However I need help creating custom results depending on which questions they answered. Does anyone know anybody who’s really good ? Will be paying!

I want to build a app for people who can’t afford to grade there collections,so basically John smith has 1 million dollars worth of raw sports cards but if he was to get t the m graded then sell them he would have 10 million,what I want to do is build something where we can link up client to investir

Has anyone else had this issue? I run a business using Typeform to collect video/audio introductions from applicants, and as of today the Video/Audio recording question has stopped working for mobile respondents.It's been working fine for months with no changes on my end. Now, when someone taps "Video" or "Audio" to answer, the screen jumps back to the same question with a "Please fill in..." error and loops  they can't proceed or submit.I've confirmed this happens both in Instagram's in-app browser and in mobile Safari directly (opened outside Instagram). It works fine on a laptop.This is actively costing me applicants and clients right now. Has anyone else run into this today, and if so, did you find a fix? I've already reported it to Typeform Support but wanted to check here too in case others are affected.

I’ve seen that a similar issue has been discussed previously in this thread.But the last update there was a couple of years ago, so I was wondering whether there have been any new solutions since then?I’m creating an interactive questionnair/enginee that helps users assess their level of control of their health condition, then provides highly personalised information based on their answers.One of the questions has around 13 possible answers and users can select multiple options. I’ve created a separate text variable for each possible answer and use Replace logic so that, when an option is selected, the corresponding variable is populated with relevant personalised content.At the end, I use Recall information to bring these variables together and create personalised advice based on exactly what the user selected.The issue is with the options they didn’t select. For example, if a user selects 3 out of the 13 options, they should see the three relevant pieces of content. Following on from my previous post - I received an automated email saying they “no longer monitor the support email” and to submit your request through the support page.  I click the support page and it’s not working.  Does anyone know how I can receive support if my type form page is not working properly and they don’t monitor a support email.  

We work with a number of UK/EU organisations where we sometimes need to collect special category information. We have been told that we have to ensure that data that is collected is held in the UK/EEA and not be subject to data transfers.How do we find out which servers the data is held on and if they are on the US servers how can we ‘repatriate’ the data that is held?Julian

hi, i’m new in this plateforum and i want to share knowledge and enchance skills through online research and learing.

This is my first time working with Typeform and I am having trouble getting my quiz to work properly.  It is is a skincare quiz where multiple questions lead to product recommendations.  I have all of the end screens in place. I have logic set up in the final step #8.  Step #2 (after welcome screen) asks for the skin concern.  If they choose A (Acne/Breakouts) they go to Step #3 which asks for type of breakouts. All other concerns go to step #4.There are 3 end screens for acne concerns based on #3 answers, one for “simple routine”, one for “full routine”, one that focuses on scarring if selected in step #3.  This branch is working perfectly.The problem is any concerns after acne (B-G) are ending at the screen for Acne Full Routine. Here is an example of my logic:  Branching from the last step #8, Go to end screen E if the concern in Step #2 = B (fine lines) AND full routine is selected.  If I look at my workflow all of the end screens are attached properly to the final step and I don’t

I want to create a simple calculator:I have these number questions which the user answers:Your Fabric cost (per meter) Number of metres Pattern cost Notion cost  Estimated hours to sew (optional) Hourly rate (only if Estimated hours to sew is greater than 0)The ending that appears on the screen is:The cost of your sewing project is: (v_total) with a summery of the costs belowv_total = (Your Fabric cost x Number of metres/yards) + Pattern cost + Notion cost + (Estimated hours to sew x Hourly rate)All optional questions do not require an answer and if they do not have one, then proceed to the next question. Except if Estimated hours is blank then it skips hourly rate and goes to end.I have created these custom variables, but not sure how to correctly link them to the number questions. I have had a go with logic branching etc...but don’t seem to have it right. Can someone help me create this in Typeform logic? Greatly appreciated, Jane

We have an inquiry for for a tourism destination that our clients can select their interests from a list of say 50 activities. Each activity has its own webpage, and If possible, I would like when a guest does a query from an individual webpage, it will default to that choice on the typeform list. i.e if the guest selects the CTA button “Enquire Now” on the webpage for a Bungee Jump, it will default to that iteem on the Typform List.I am not very technical so would appreciate any direction on if this is possible and how to do it.John

I have one master survey that I use as my template to copy from. The only difference between my surveys are a logo and a name (brand them with the prospect’s information). The Google Sheet & Slack connections are 100% the same from survey to survey. But when I duplicate, those connections get lost and I have to manually do them every single time. With our anticipated volume of surveys, we need those connections to come with the duplication to save time and reduce human errors. Has anyone else figured this out?

Hi Typeform, The new Contact Block that is being suggested to replace the old one (see screenshot) also says to delete the existing one. But this will also delete all of the responses for that version of the contact block which I absolutely do not want to happen. I want to confirm that Typeform will not auto delete this question from my forms once the December 2026 deadline arrives. Thanks, Andy  

Hi, I’m designing a form that utilizes a 7-point Likert scale, and to ensure the form is compliant with our research best practices, we need all the response buttons to be on the same line. Right now it looks like this: And we want it to look like this (the layout, not the color/shape) : I know that the tap targets in the desired design are large enough (44px by 44px. How might I achieve this? Can I embed the form and use custom CSS?Thanks!Luke

Hi everyone, I run a content site called www.crabguide.com, and I have been going back and forth on how to build a small interactive quiz (helping readers figure out shell size/type for their hermit crab). I looked into custom JS and even a separate Webflow page, but honestly just embedding a Typeform quiz into my existing WordPress page might be the simplest route.For something this small and specific, would you recommend Typeform's quiz/scoring logic, or is it really meant for bigger surveys and overkill for a 5-6 question tool? Also curious how well embeds perform speed-wise inside an existing WordPress page.Thanks!

How do I make the variable name invisible to the person taking the quiz? 

Hi there,I am designing a simple card selection exercise, by which the user would select three (3) cards from a selection fo about 20. Based on the aggregate score, we can provide a description of the category in which the person’s score ended up and some recommendatios for improvement.My questions:Question 1: How can I associate a score with a card being selected? Would presenting a questions for their selected card 1 vs. 2 vs. 3 assist in this? and where could I then find this score associated with the individual image?Question 2: How could I use a variable to accumulate the aggregate score, based on the 3 cards they selected?Looking forward to your reply.Thanks

Hi There, I’ve been loving Formless by Typeform and I tested a couple of features to see how I could engage audiences for my business. I directed Ai to lead people to relevant product pages but I noticed that often the responses include made up URLs. How do I set-up the AI training features so that it uses correct URLs to lead people to the product webpages. It quite accurately identifies relevant products based on the responses but not sure why it is making up links!Any thoughts? 🤔

Hello,I am new to typeform and have just started creating quizzes for user development and education. I have run into an issue assigning logic to matrix questions. Am I able to assign a correct answer for a matrix question similar to how i can create a rule for a multiple choice? Example: The user selects the correct “column” that corresponds with the appropriate “row.” I would then send the user to the next statement slide informing them “incorrect” or “correct.”Thank you
