Simple logic has an option of selecting ‘end with submit form’ in its logic settings. Do we have the same option in advanced logic? Ending a particular form with ‘end with submit form’? I tried finding it but did’nt find. Can you please help me out with it?
Hi!!Does TypeForm integrate with AfterPay or ZipPay??I can’t seem to find anything - but thought I’d ask just incase. Thanks,Bri
I would like to create an answer to a question that has a date FROM and a date TO. Basically I need two date pickers. Is this possible? If so how?
Hi All,I am considering using Typeform in a Procurement context, which means that I send surveys to my internal business partners from R&D, engineering, production to gather very precise technical requirements for products I need to purchase for them, e.g. height, width, weight, materials etc. or forecast quantities per month for the next year. Is this a viable use case for Typeform? Is there is feasible question type that let’s people enter multiple numbers in a table etc. or is this use case simply out of scope for Typeform?A honest answer is highly appreciated ;). Thanks in advance and best regards,Christoph
Hello Typreform community.I recently published a new Typeform and used the ranking question for the first time, but when I trial my published survey in a new browser window (i.e. outside of my Typeform login, like a Survey respondent will do) the ranking numbers aren’t visible when I’m trying to select them - see attached image. This is obviously relly unhelpful!Has anyone experienced this problem before and know if there is a fix - maybe font colour in the design settings? Or is this just a system bug that the company needs to fix? Thanks!Ben.
Hello, how we create a multi-numeric grid question as the total of this question 100%i.,e., what is the percentage of males/femalesMale ---%Female----%Sum-----100%
We have a list of staff names and email addresses. Is it possible to set up a field where when you start to type your name it does a lookup against that list and finishes it?Not sure the “hidden fields” approach is going to do what I need here given I won’t be using a CRM to send out the email.
Hi Everyone, I set up one of my question as a “number” question, but I have noticed that my users can’t insert a number with decimal. Ex: 53,4 - Typeform will only allow rounded number like 53. To avoid this, I have changed the question type to text. But I am using this value in a googlesheet (reported automatically via Zappier) and as it is a text type question, I can’t do calculation with that value in my googlesheet. does anyone know how to allow decimals in number type questions? Thanks a lot!Deborah
I have used a quiz template and want to allocate prices to certain questions/answers but I am only being given the variable option of score. How can I solve this? The form is 320 questions and I don’t want to start again.
Hi all, is it possible to randomise how options appear to respondents for a Ranking question? If not, have people found a way round this via another type of question e.g. Multiple Choice? Thanks!
Hello All,I have been sorta struggling with understanding hidden fields based on the info found here.https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056599471-Pass-information-from-one-typeform-to-anotherBased on the example form found at the above url the hidden field value is being set by value from a form question? I have multiple forms setup to gather information for a report and I want to carry some initial values thru all the forms for logic jumps and such. here is the entry formhttps://atp-bio.typeform.com/to/f5sLCkth. I am wanting to take the answers of the first two question #1 and #2 and role the values thru all my forms.
We are trying to change our user and email to a working account, how do we go about doing so?
Hello! Would I be able to add calculation scores like the one below or having different endings in a free plan?
Hi, Does anyone know how to change this so that I can provide a seperate greeting? Thanks, Luke
Is it possible to add an N/A or “I don’t know” response to a likert scale question and have it not factor into the overall score? I don’t want people to answer zero if they don’t know or don’t have an opinion and then have it affect the score.
Hi,I would like to ask an initial question like: "What department do you belong to? [Finance/ Operation/ development/ manufacturing/ Sales/ etc.]” and then display a question down the road, only if the user is from a "technical” department.I was planning on solving this by setting a variable to "true/false” based on the initial choice of department and then use this flag to decide if to show a question or not.But it seems that:There is no way to set a variable to a value (only add/sub/div/multiply) No way to make a question dependent on such variableAny ideas? Thanks,Tommy
Hi There, I have create a Question group with 4 Questions. I would like to move this entire Question group. The only method I have discovered is drag and drop. I am allowed to do this, but I want to move the question group 6 questions lower. Drag and moving the Question group down works but than the field or questions do not move. In other words I cant move it to m destionation. And question by question does not work either because there is another question group below. Anybody experienced this and has a solution?Would be great. Joris
Hi friendsI have set up a typeform with question branching and outcome logic which is all working fine. I have had several people test it and that’s ok too.Except that when they have put in their email address to get their answers (optional) they get the below. I have added @all_answers which the help topics suggest should only show them the answers they saw but they seem to get everything and lots of blanks and these ‘counters’. This looks horrible and confusing!Your typeform UKLS Product Configurator has a new response:OK, so what would you like to be able to do? I want to print and apply labels with one machine You said I want to print and apply labels with one machine, what are you applying the labels to? onto a product What size (width) of label do you need for print and apply? 150mm Finally, where will you position the labels? front counter_0064b652_3bf7_4cc7_9965_4c11a5d91509 0 counter_05374d65_7c4d_44fc_a5e7_63705e300e7c 3 counter_0dd97229_c993_44b6_a47e_d96037062eae 0 counter_
Hi there, I have 20 URLs and 20 survey respondents. I want each one of them to be shown a different link in TypeForm. Example:Person 1 is linked to youtube.com/linkA Person 2 is linked to youtube.com/linkB Person 3 is linked to youtube.com/linkCI have these 20 YouTube links in a Google Sheet. How can I show different links to each survey respondent? Thanks!
I am trying to upgrade my account and there is problem with typeforum and “my connection”. I’ve tried two different valid credit cards and two different internet connections. My account went to regular from pro for a while and I am upgrading back to pro again. has anybody experienced this billing settings issue when trying to enter a credit card. I’ve launched my FB ads and need to get this thing fixed before they get approved. Thanks,
Hi, I would like to have a different ‘Other’ label for different questions in the same typeform. For example, a question on my favourite fruit and sports:What is your favourite fruit? apple banana grape other fruit What is your favourite sport? sleeping running other sport
For a multiple choice question, is there a way to set up the answer options such that if someone selects a “N/A” option they can’t select anything else?
I want to collect date and time information in a client-facing event request form, but the only option I see in Typeform is to create *three* fields to collect this data: a date field, followed by an hour field and a minute field. Makes me tired just thinking about it!Is there any simpler way to collect this information through Typeform? A datetime field, perhaps? As it is, the user experience of supplying this information is quite unpleasant, and the data collected is in an unhelpful format for import into our Airtable base.
Im doing my first Typeform! What do people suggest as the best way to gather basic identifying information about who completes the survey and, more importantly, answers specific key questions?I’m thinking from a Lead gernation perspective. My form is basically a feedback form to people who downloaded a whitepaper, but I guess once I email the people the form link they become annonyumous unless I explicitly ask for name / email address etc. or is there some clever workaround I’m unaware of?thanks!
