I used to setup a simple respondent mail to see if there are any responses. But they seem to be hidden somewhere, so i can’t find them anymore. What’s going on here?They used to be under settings if i recall it well.

How to create follow up with notification email containing answers?Mail contains link to typeform and I don’t want to authorise additional employees to see anything else but answers? And, it is very important to get inputs from answers asap in order to act further.Thanks,

Hello!I was wondering if it’s possible to prefill answers? E.g. the survey running will be done twice a year to track progress, and is a multiple choice survey. I was wondering if it was possible to prefill the answers from a persons previous survey so that it’s easy for them to remember what was chosen last time and to then evaluate what their progress has been?I know it’s possible in Google Forms, and was hoping it is also possible here. Thanks!

Accidentally deleted all my logic, i have not saved the changes myself, i.e. i have not published those changes, but i cannot find a way to “undo the changes” or just revert to the published version which these changes had not been applied to. any ideas!?

Hi, I’ve a question regarding my typeform. I’ve set the logic jump so that the button on the last statement (S9) should be to submit the quiz and the user will be directed to Ending Page A when submitting. However sometimes the “Submit” button on that question fades out and doesn’t show the Ending page. I wonder if this is a glitch on Typeform or is it something to do with the settings on the Typeform? Redirect on completion is turned off. And the logic jump is shown in the picture attached.

Dear all,I am new in TypeForm so if I am asking a question which has already been answered please forgive me.I am trying to create a survey. In this survey each question has a weight score according to its importance. Answers has a score and to calculate the total score of the question I need to multply the weight score with the answer score. To get the final score of survey I need to sum up all questions scores.  For Example;Question 3: Time spent sittingWeight: 3,2Answers and Scores:Less than 2 hours - Score: +12 - 4 hours - Score: +0.84 - 6 hours - Score: +0.66 - 8 hours - Score: +0.48 - 10 hours - Score: +0.2More than 10 hours - Score: 0 Thank you.

How do you proof the postcard you have created before goint public with it?

I am trying to use answers from a previous question in a future question.They are not open ended questions though.  It is a multiple choice question where they can select more than one (up to three). Question 1:  Which brands have you purchased in the past year: Question 2 will ask for opinions about those brands - like an NPS for each one. Is that possible:?  

Hello !i have questions with Long text answers in my form.I want to add a little sentence on the beginning of the answer (same for everyone, but diffrent from 1 question to the other) to help launch people into writing what they have to say.Please can you explain me how to set a “by default” beginning of answer like that ?Thanks in advance

I have a quiz with variables.  First variable is the tester must get 80% or higher to pass.  The second variable is the type of tester.  Tester A should get ending page A, tester B should get ending page B.  I know how to score the quiz. but when setting up branching, I can’t figure out how to say if is Tester B then go to ending B.  The only option I get is Submit form.  Is what I want possible?

Hi,I’ve grouped questions and when these are displayed the survey automatically shows some of the text from the first question / statement of the group. Is there a way of removing this?

Sorry for a possibly dumb question. But I’m stumped!  Is there a way to add in questions about height and weight that gives a defined format to populate. For e.g. for height: QN: What’s your height in [choose one] feet & inches or cm’s. Then logic takes them to the relevant pre-formatted box to populate, e.g. [number] feet, [number] inches or [number] centimetres. And then same for weight; question asks ‘please tell us your weight in [choose one] stones or kg’s. And then [number] stones [number] pounds or [number] kg’s.  Any insight or help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much in advance. Kelly  

Hi all, I would like to run the following process, a potential client completes two questions on typeform one.  The questions will be,First Question will be First Name,Second question will be Email.This will then end the first typeform so we capture at least that level of data. At this point that data will be added to CRM to send email to client. CRM is “Brevo - Previously SendBlue” Then we will redirect to second typeform wth following questionsFirst Question: MobileSecond Question: Something elseOnce these questions have been answered I want to merge the data on the CRM together i.e. now add the Mobile to the previous CRM entry. If I have as an answer the email address on both forms the CRM recognises that and merges them otherwise they sit as two seperate records in the CRM.  Therefore from what I can see I need to pass as a hidden field from Typeform One to Typeform Two the email address (

How can I build survey where the response to the first question (which of these products are you familiar with?) dermines what is included in subsequent questions (in each question, rating only the products the participant is famiilar with)?Context: I have 9 products to be rated across 5 dimentions (in 5 questions) but dont want participants to have to rate products they don’t have experience with.

I work for a non-profit and want to streamline our Adopt a Family Holiday Wish List program. Is there a template that already exists to use for individuals to list holiday wishes - wants, needs, sizes for shoes, shirts, pants with $ limits and possibility to attach a link to that particular item. I considered Giftster but already use Typeform for so many of my projects. Can anyone provide insight?
