Hi all. I have modified the message for Confirmation that typeform was sent.Instad of “All done! Thanks for your time” we want our own text (in English). After saving, just the preview shows the correct message. Within the shared Link the text doesn’t change. Thanks in advance Sabine 

created 2 custom variables, saved, created logic, published. tested 1x.  went back in and created 2 more custom variables, saved, published… the variables are no longer there.  Any help is greatly appreciated!! 

Hi!In my client survey, I want to give customers the option to leave their contact information in the contact form or not.By default, I can't change this setting? When I start filling out the form as a tester, it won’t let me proceed without entering the phone number, email, etc. Can I change this, or should I use just a short text question instead? 🙏

HELP!!! I cannot for the life of me get my logic jump to work. I’ve attached screenshots in the hope someone knows what I’m missing.customers need to select from a drop down list #17. If they select Self employed or Contractor, it is meant to take them to #19. If they select any of the other options, it’s meant to take them to #23No matter what I do, when they are on #17, it doesn’t matter what they select, it’s taking them all straight to #23 

I have 75 questions, if the answer to the fourth question is Yes or No, I still have to answer the other questions until I get to 66.Question 67 must only be seen by those who answered YES to question 4.How do I create this logic without directly jumping from 4 to 67 but having all the other questions answered firstThank you

Hello, I would like to ask a question with a dropdown menu, but some people have other answers than the ones I have put on the menu, so I would like to have the option of writing in a “Other” box. Is that possible ?

Hello,We have a problem, webhook requests are reported as being made by Typeform when a survey has been completed and with a 200 OK response from the webhook, but are not actually being received by the webhook.We are investigating this on the webhook side, but how do we go about investigating this on the Typeform side also?Thanks,

I’m having so much trouble figuring out how to structure this. I’ll see if I can explain it properly.Question 9 asks if my client is applying for a single or joint mortgage. If they choose joint, it takes them through the rest of the form no problem. If they choose single application it takes them to question 10 which asks their marital status (having no issues there)This is where the issue comes in. Question 10, marital status has the choices;MarriedSingleDefactoWidowedDivorcedIf they choose single, defacto, widowed or divorced they need to move to question 11 (what is their annual income) but then they need to SKIP all the following questions;12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 26, 27, 30, 31, 34, 35, 38, 39, 41 and 43I just can’t seem to figure out how to structure it. I’ve attached a screenshot (not sure if that’s helpful) and hope someone knows an easy way to do this :) 

Hi there!I’m trying to create form for screening applicants; their eligibility depends on the score calculated.A few of the questions are multiple choice with multiple selection. I have assigned point values for each answer. However, I need the form to add up the values of each answer if they select more than one.  For #8, A = 3, B = 2, C = 1 point. I want the total possible point value for this question to equal 6 (if they select A, B, AND C). This will then need to be added to the total score. When I try to set up the logic for this, it doesn’t even give me the option to select each multiple choice answer (it’s just blank after in the “is equal to” button).  Please help! It’s very frustrating that Typeform hasn’t figured this out.   

Hi there,First time posting here in the community and looking for some support as I feel I’m close to creating the self-assessment I’d like, but am running into some troubles setting up the scoring for 6 different endings (personality types).I’ll do my best to explain the set up to date and would love some advice as to how best finish the scoring and logic to share the most relevant ending.First, there are 30 questions in the self-assessment with one question at the end asking if they would like their results emailed to them (still trying to figure that out too as I would like to email them the content that’s on their specific ending/personality page). Each questions have three options: Yes = 2 points; Yes, to some extent = 1 point; No = 0 points. The first 5 questions relate to one ending/personality type, the next 5 for another, etc…Where I’m getting stuck is that the examples I’ve seen are for questions for 4 options (A/B/C/D with A=1 point; B = 10 points; C = 100 points; D = 1,000

How can I transfer the existing data on my Typeform account (questionnaires, logic...) to a new account that I want to create? I know that there is a ZIP file solution… Can we upload that file to the new account and have all the questionnaires in my workspace? Thank you very much.

I’ve been trying to apply for an English teacher place in the platform Fluentify. The platform Fluentify directed me to typeform. I asked the GPTchat why and was told that Fluentify requires aspirants to do their form using this application. I can’t find any application form templates in Typeform. I’ve tried but I’m not very good at these sort of things. I lack experience and computer intuition. Can someone explain to me what I’m doing wrong?

Hello community, I am new to Typeform and keen to learn how I can create the following:I am hosting a dinner party where everyone will be bringing a dish of food. I am trying to create a form where people can select from the images (image picker) to indicate which dish of food they are going to bring. I am trying to set it up so no one food item can be picked twice.Is there a way of using the logic feature to do this?

does Typeform require a desktop to upload images? My iPad refuses.

Hi,I’m trying to figure out how to program a monadic concept screening in Typeform survey tool.  I have 3 separate “concepts” that I am trying to screen. Each recipient would see only 1 of the 3 concepts and answer a series of questions related to the concept they see.  So, I’d need to randomly assign each respondent to 1 of the 3 concepts.  Other survey tools can do this by setting up a Hidden Value/Variable which randomly assigns a number between 1 and 3 to the recipient.  You then program a page that shows concept 1 if 1 is randomly assigned, concept 2 if 2 is randomly assigned, etc.I don’t see where/how to do this with Typeform,  I’ve looked in variables and hidden fields but don’t see anything where Typeform can support this. Thanks in advance for any guidance/help. 

Wondering is someone can help.  I am creating a form for support team to use internally when taking client enquiries. As you can appreciate the clients do not always provide information in the order that the form appears in.  I know I can allow free movement through the form, but is there any way of adding a sidebar menu to the form so that the can click to each section quickly back and forth? For example - my form is currently about 32 pages, devised of 8 sections -  scrolling back an forth can be a long process also potentially missing things out. If they could flick between “Customer Detail” and “Issue Details” “Other Party Details” etc which are sections apart it would be much easier than scrolling back and forth through 32 pages.  Thanks in advance for any help 

The user has to provide Long Text response to a question.To create a new line they have to hold Shift + Enter. Can I disable the Enter button from submitting the answer and proceeding to the next page such that the only way to proceed is to click OK. That way the user can hit Enter only to create a new line which will be more intuitive. Thanks  

Hi,So I need a survey that has 10 questions, each question then has 4 answers that the users rank in order of importance. Once the survey is completed I need the answers analysed and then one of 4 different documents sent depending on the result. My head is about to explode trying to figure this out.

Trying to have a yes/no question where if the answer is yes, you fill in your email address for more information.
