Hi there! I want to create a dynamic rank order question at the end of my survey. The user will submit numerical ratings of, say, 10 different fruits as part of the survey. At the end, I want to say, "based on the ratings you submitted, here's your auto-calculated rank-ordered list of fruits from your highest rank to your lowest. please make any final changes using drag and drop before submitting." Is this possible? Thanks! Example:Q1: How much do you like apples from 1 to 10?A1: 3Q2: How much do you like bananas from 1 to 10?A2: 9Q3: How much do you like oranges from 1 to 10?A3: 2Q4: Based on your responses, here’s your auto-calculated rank-ordered list of fruits, from most favorite to least favorite. You can manually drag and drop to adjust your final ranked list of fruits before submitting.Bananas Apples Oranges
Hello everyone, As of today, Typeform doesn’t give you the possibility to generate pdf documents based on google docs templates, or fill-out pdf forms. That’s why I’m launching my solution (still in beta). In a few clicks, you will be able to connect your Typeform form to any Google Docs Template and to then generate a PDF. No code required. As I just released my product, I’m happy to gather feedback and offer you a 1-year 80% discount on our plans.
Am getting the following message in the multiple choice qs: block.multipleChoice.selectionLimit.hint.selectUnlimited And the ‘other’ option also has a cryptic message. Any ideas how to fix??
Hello, I have a survey with scores associated with different answers (not a quiz).I would like to add points when the “Other” option is chosen in the multiple choice question as long as the field is not left empty (ie, many different answers are possible but the field should not be left empty. I tried is “Other” and (which automatically comes up) “Does not contain” + [I left the field empty]It doesn’t work.Anyone found a way to get around this (since the “AND” comes up automatically and the options are “is equal to/not equat to/begins with/ends with/contains/does not contain”
Hi allI would like to use a Matrix template to give approx. 35 clients an opportunity to select dates of our phone calls. The offered dates would be obviously the choices - the columns, there will be four such columns. The clients will be in rows, there will be 35 rows. I also want my clients to be able to see which dates were selected by all of them. The problem is that each call date (column) should have maximum capacity of 10 clients (otherwise the call will be chaos). How can I restrict the number of selections for each column?Thank you in advance!Johanka
I have several Typeforms embedded in my Thinkific site. I have enabled autosave in the Typeforms so that users can step out and their responses will be saved for the next time they come back to the Typeform. However, the embedded Typeforms are not autosaving. Each time a user leaves and returns, they get a new Typeform, not the one they left partially filled. How to correct this?

i had to spend 10 minutes to figure out how to do a simple thing like direct a form response to another email in my company. now i try to add the email and i get this response that i can and have to use 3rd party to do it? Why is this so complicated, why not give users the ability to make multiple surveys and quickly assign where the notifcations go to what email?

Hello togehter,my 1. Post. Following scenarioI have a form with 4 questions. The 2 last questions are multiple choice (4 choices) and overall has 16 possible combinations. Depending which answer combination the user is choosing he will be categorized in 1 of 4 different categories. Example. USer answers Option 1 and Option 3 → this will put him into category 3.How can I set it up typeform that the condition where he will sent at the end of the quiz depends on 2 answers and not on 1 like in the scenario described above? Thanks so much for your help.
Hi There, I’ve been loving Formless by Typeform and I tested a couple of features to see how I could engage audiences for my business. I directed Ai to lead people to relevant product pages but I noticed that often the responses include made up URLs. How do I set-up the AI training features so that it uses correct URLs to lead people to the product webpages. It quite accurately identifies relevant products based on the responses but not sure why it is making up links!Any thoughts? 🤔
On our typeforms, even when the question is required, it allows the user to just scroll past the question. How can I disable this, we don’t want them progressing unless they give an answer.
Hello Typeform community! We created a 2-question satisfaction survey that use scores to direct customers to different endings. Each question awards 1-5 points (1 for least satisfied, 5 for most satisfied). If they give us a perfect 10, we ask them to write a Google review. We want to add one optional survey question triggered by a Yes/No. If they answer No, they won’t see the optional question, so a perfect score is still 10. If they answer Yes, they will see the optional question, so a perfect score is now 15.With this optional question, is there a way to structure the survey so we still only ask for Google reviews for perfect scores? We’re concerned that someone could rate us 5 + 5 + 1 and then leave a Google review complaining about the 1.
hi all is it possible to create a form that shows the current date and time before the submissionsomething like in the welcome screen it will say “ Today is monday, january 5 “ ???
Hi everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto from Uganda. I'm building a Typeform survey that has multiple conditional questions based on user input. However, I'm having trouble customizing the logic behind these conditions. Specifically, I want to:Check if a user's answer to a previous question meets certain conditions (e.g., if they've selected a specific option) Use that information to show or hide subsequent questions Display different questions based on the user's previous answersI've tried using Typeform's built-in conditionals (e.g., "Show if", "Hide if", etc.), but I need more flexibility and customization options. Can anyone provide some examples or best practices for achieving this? Thanks!Emmanuel Katto
This feature is turned off and is not visible in the ‘create’ tab but is showing in ‘share’ and on the live typeform. Any suggestions from the community? Thank you in advance.
Hi folks, I recently signed up to typeform and I’m trying to set up a form where there are up to 7 headshots for each coach a user can choose from. I’m trying to figure out how to make it so the user can select the coach and read a short bio, or worst case scenario, show the bios for each coach on the same form. Is this even possible? The bios are each about a paragraph long. Thanks for any advice you may have!
We created a form that doesn’t look good on IOS device with large font set. I can’t see a place in the form creation that define this issue. I found an example on the internet of a Typeform that looks ok on the same device. ()
Hi, We would like to use Typeform to do live polling--essentially a one-question form which would show real-time results when a user responds. As we understand it, this is not a feature right now, correct? Can you let me know if this is on the road map to be completed? Thanks!Shannon

Is there a limit to the number of questions that i can have in the Basic Plan?
Hi I don’t have the option to enable “select multiple” for multiple choice questions. I’ve tried making a survey from scratch in case it was an issue with duplicating surveys and its still the same issue.
Hi all! Was wondering if anyone knows why my end slide is coming up blank?
Hi I'm new to Typeform. I need to build a questionnaire with scored multiple-choice questions on 4 topics. For each of the topics, a score must be calculated. At the end of the entire questionnaire, an explanation block should be displayed for each of these scores. So, not just the score, but also an explanation block.Specifically:4 questions with 4 possible answers each for topic 1 4 questions with 4 possible answers each for topic 2 6 questions with 4 possible answers each for topic 3 2 questions with 4 possible answers each for topic 4For topic 1, a calculation is made to determine a "maturity level" For topic 2, the same For topic 3, the same For topic 4, the sameRespondents can have different maturity levels for the different topics. At the end of the questionnaire, they should view an overview of their maturity levels for each topic, along with a paragraph of explanation for each.Currently, I have 4 forms that pass their scores to the next form via a hidden field. I have all the
