Hi there,Newbie here. I have created a scored quiz with a follow-up email. I want to attach a report to the follow-up email. For example, if a user scores 22 I want to send them a follow-up email with an attached report (report A), if a user scores 18 I want to send them a follow-up email with an attached report (report B), and so on. How do I attach a report to a follow-up email?Thank you for your assistance.
Hello, I would like to know how to have a multiple choice on Contact Info. Actually, there is only one possibility to inform the entreprise contact info.
Hello Typeform Community,I would like to know if anyone has experienced any issues while using more than the maximum number of questions allowed in a typeform. As the limit is currently set at 10 questions per typeform, has anyone added more questions and still had their form work properly without any issues? I'm curious to know if there have been any negative consequences or if it has worked fine for others. Thank you!

Hello Typeform Community, I hope you can assist me with an issue I'm facing with my quiz. I, Fabian, have created a quiz with 10 questions, each having 4 predefined answers, which is meant to lead to 5 different end cards. I've successfully set up the links for four of the end cards, each catering to distinct response behaviors. However, I'm encountering challenges when it comes to finding the right link for the scenario of a balanced response behavior. My intention is to create an end card that will be displayed when quiz-takers distribute their answers relatively evenly across the different options. Unfortunately, I'm unsure about the best approach to implement this linking in the Typeform Community in order to ensure that users who select a well-rounded mix of responses are directed to the appropriate end card. Could you please assist me in creating the correct logic or linkage for this particular end card in the Typeform Community? Fabian would greatly appreciate your support. Than
Help! I cant seem to figure out the logic for my form. When I select admin as my department and select No as an answer it goes to the next question which is correct but when I select a different department (e.g Customer Service) it goes to a branch question which should not be the case. in this screenshot, when I select no for Gorgias it should go to Klaviyo and should skip #19 question.
Hello, I have a question regarding typeform capabilitites. We would like to do the following: We are in the process of making a ‘style advisor’. Based on a few questions, we would like to advise a certain style which best matches the preference of that specific respondee. - 6 questions will have a style score for each answer. By clicking the an answer, the user will add a certain amount of ‘points' to the one of the 4 styles.- At the end of the survey we want to show the score for each of the 4 styles. is this possible with typeform?
Hello,I’m creating a feedback form to be sent to 5 managers. They will be asked to provide feedback on each other. My first question asks the respondent their name, via multiple choice. Then, I’ve created groups of questions on each manager (eg. Rick takes accountability, Rick is a good manager, Rick is trustworthy, etc.).How do I structure the logic paths so that depending on their name (ie. their answer to the first multipe choice), they are asked about all other managers but not themself? In other words, I want each respondent to skip just the questions related to them.Appreciate the help of this group!!
How do I include a deadline to submit responses to my survey?I would like to put a time deadline to the survey when the survey will end. That is to say afte 2 days no responses will be accepted
Does anybody know if it’s possible to avoid having the question slide down from the top on scroll? Or, at the very least, is it possible to align it in any way so it is aligned with the buttons & other content in the question?
Other than emailing them, is there a way that users can view their responses to a typeform after they have submitted? If not, Is there a way that set up a typeform and disables the “submit” function at the end?I’m working on a project in which we are embedding typeforms in a course. We’d like to use typeforms as a workspace to respond to questions and be able to go back and see their responses as they complete the course content. When I’ve tested out, I notice that I no longer have access to my responses after I “submit”. I appreciate any solutions or work arounds!

hello how are you? I've created a typeform but I've got a problem. Is it possible to make several dropdown choices?
I am wanting to update a variable when the user selects a, b, c, or “other” (other = freetext). When selecting other, there is a “forced” additional step, “AND” which offers different logical options, so:if answer to question = “other”andis equal to is not equal to beings with ends withThis makes no sense, as it is impossible to determine what the free text is going to be. Because this step is currently empty, or incomplete, it fails to update the variable when this option is selected, breaking the process. How do I bypass this issue?

Hello, can you give me some advice, please? I have 20 questions in Typeform with 1-5 answer choices (I use the "Opinion Scale" type). After filling in all the answers, I need to calculate the arithmetic average of the answers and then display a rating page at the end of the questionnaire based on the resulting number. (there is always a different final page for number 1,2,3,4 and 5)In excel I would use the formula "=AVERAGE(A2:E21)", but how to calculate it in Typeform? Thank you for your help!
EDIT / UPDATE: Nevermind! Upon saving, the unformatted text turned into a link automatically, which solves the issue. Sorry for posting so quickly. Please feel free to delete or keep it if someone else is lost like me. :)--Hi Typeform community! My survey results in an assessment with personalized results. These results are stored in variables, which will later be visualized with JavaScript on an external website.Instead of forwarding the user from the end of the survey to the website directly, I would like to confirm the validity of their entered email address and include the link in the notification email after survey completion.I know how to use variables inside the email notification, but it appears that I can’t include the variables in the actual hyperlink creation. I could only type out the link, which the user would have to copy & paste into their browser. How can I include the variables inside an actual working email link within an email notification (e.g. Follow-Up)?Many th
Hi! I have created 4 questions groups in one typeform. I need to move several questions from one question group to another. I can’t figure out how to do this. When I drag, it creates a question outside of the question group. Thank you!
Hello, I’m trying to implement a survey for a scientific project but I’m not sure that is feasible with Typeform. I would like to ask people 10 questions of increasing difficulty level (difficulty 1= easy, difficulty 10= hard). The questions need to appear from the most easy (lvl 1) to the most difficult (lvl 10). I have prepared groups of 50 questions in each difficulty level (the group 1 contains 50 questions of lvl 1, the group 2 contains 50 questions of lvl 2, and so on until group 10). I would like to pick one question at random from the group 1, then one from group 2, etc… such that each respondent has a random sequence of questions, but that always appear from the easiest to the most difficult. Is this possible using typeform ?I hope my question is clear enough, don’t hesitate to ask for clarifications. Thanks a lot for your feedback !
Thank you very much! For submitting this form, I thank you
